Day 1: Favorite Lead female character: Tohru Honda(Fruits Basket)

I love Tohru because she's kindhearted and optimistic even though she has been through a lot of painful things herself. I love that Tohru doesn't judge people but rather she tries to think of peoples problems from the other persons point of view and offer whatever help or advice that she can think of. I love that Tohru is a good friend and I love that positivity and kindness enables her to more or less save Sohma family just by her being herself.
