Start Writing Reviews For
1. Shadowhunters: I really want to start writing episodes reviews for Shadowhunters because it is my second favorite show on the air right now and since Teen Wolf my favorite currently airing show is ending this year I would really love to be writing reviews for the series that is filling the void that Teen Wolf ending will leave in my heart. I'm probably going to start reviewing this show starting from the pilot once I start to get caught up with reviewing all the other shows that I'm watching and reviewing right now so it may take awhile but within the next couple of months I'll probably start writing my Shadowhunters reviews.
2. Percy Jackson and the Olympians: This series is one of my favorites but since I read the books before I started blogging I don't have reviews for these books on my blog although I have reviewed all the Heroes of Olympus books that I have read so far on here. I don't think I'm going to have the chance to review this series anytime soon since I have a lot of other books on my to read list so I'll probably not get a chance to reread and review this series anytime soon, so just know that I loved it.
3. Fruits Basket:  Fruits Basket is my absolute favorite series of all time and I have a couple million things to say about it but I haven't reviewed the series yet largely because I have so much to say about it that I don't even know where I would start with a review of the series. I think that if I were to ever write reviews for Fruits Basket that I would do it by chapter rather than by volume like I usually do for manga because I feel like I wouldn't be able to talk about everything I would like to talk about in as much depth as I want to talk about them if I don't do it chapter by chapter. No matter what way I do it any reviews I write for Fruits Basket will be very long and will take a very long time to write and will probably be a little more detailed than anyone else appreciate going into about Fruits Basket.
4. A Series of Unfortunate Events(book series): The Netflix series has reminded me of how much I loved the series so now I would like to reread the books and review them but since I don't actually own the books at this time I don't think I'll be able to review this series anytime soon no matter how much I love it.
5. Riverdale: I'm really enjoying this show so far and I wouldn't mind having a record of my thoughts on each episode but unlike the rest of the list I don't feel like I really need to review this series probably because I'm way less passionate about this show than the other fandoms on the list above but I may end up writing reviews for it someday especially if people are interested in me writing them.

Restart Writing Reviews For
1. Grimm: This is a show that I really loved when it first came out and one that I loved during all the time I watched but for some reason I stopped watching in the middle of season three despite still loving the show. Since the show is ending this year I figure there's no better time to start reviewing it.
2. Nashville: While this show was never really a favorite of mine I've always wanted to start watching it again because I liked the music and I loved Juliette's characters so I feel like I should at least finish writing and reviewing season one.
3. Reign: I really liked this show and I feel like I should at the very least finish season one since I only have two episodes left of that season to go, how far I go after that will depend on how much I enjoy the show after that.
4. Star-Crossed: This show is one that has been cancelled years ago but since I've reviewed most of the series already I feel like I should finish the rest of the series just to make things complete.
5. Hyouka: This is an anime that I watched and reviewed two episodes of and I really liked it so I figure I should pick up the show again since I remember it being pretty good.

TV Review: Reign: Higher Ground(1.20)

• I liked how Francis when he found the men holding a fort came up with a plan to capture a castle even though there were so few of them and that he was willing to fit along side of them as equals.
• I like how Mary was looking into who might've been the people Catherine used to kill her country men.
• I liked how Mary asked Catherine for the money to save her mother first and that after Catherine refused it was revealed that Mary already hired a mercenary to steal it for her. I liked that despite being involved in shady dealings now she refused to allow any innocent blood to be shed.
• I found Catherine's confession to be quite funny because she listed quite a few horrible things she has done so matter of factly.
• I liked how Bash felt useless because Francis was off fighting and he couldn't do anything about it and I liked how Kenna told him to remain optimistic and did her best to cheer him up.
• While I was a bit worried when Catherine quickly figured out that Mary was behind her kidnapping I was also impressed.
• I liked that Leith was the one that saved Francis's life during battle and I liked that Francis was so grateful to him and said that he is in his debt.
• I liked how Lola pretty much figured out that Julian married her for her money and how she's worried about whether he might leave her because she needs him and she has fallen in love with him, I liked that Greer tells Lola not to dwell so much on the why if she's happy now.
• I liked that Mary was fairly outraged when she saw that Catherine's cousin Hortenza wouldn't pay her ransom even though Mary and Catherine are often at odds it's nice to see that Mary wouldn't consider letting her day if she could do anything about it.
• I liked how Kenna was able to convince Bash to investigate Julian after telling him that she wants to look out for Lola as her friend and that he as her husband should want to help her and then he does.
• I really hated Hortenza with how she was so very willing to have anyone who might get in her way killed and how she clearly has no remorse over this course of actions and I think Mary made the right choice in having her framed and killed to keep Catherine from knowing that she's the one that had her kidnapped.
• I liked that Francis plan in taking out the English was more about how to make sure that they all survived rather than him thinking of the men as chess pieces like nobles often do in war.
• I liked that Julian eventually went to Lola and told her the truth about him being broke and that he decided to stay with her in the end because he loves her.
• I liked how Francis refused to leave Leith to die and how he told Leith to think of the person that he would keep fighting for which of course was Greer and I liked how Francis told Leith that he would reward him a title when they returned home and that's one of the better parts of being a noble.
• I liked that Catherine seemed somewhat concerned by the fact that Mary might have lost her innocence by ordering someone's death.
• I both liked and found it a bit concerning how Mary took control over Hortenza's men even though she knows they are the ones that killed her country men and she thinks of them as monsters.

TV Review: Reign: Toy Soldiers(1.19)

• I think it's sick that Duke Deguise is willing to forcibly take boys as young as fourteen from their homes in order to fight for him.
• I liked the fun little snowball fight between Mary, Lola, Kenna and Greer and I liked how Greer pointed out that no long ago they were talking about first kisses and now all but her are married.
• I liked that Mary helpful told us that it's been a month since last episode but while I expected that things between her and Francis are still tense it also makes me sad.
• I liked that when Mary and Francis talked about how her mother is under siege that Francis came up with the idea that they go to Catherine for money so that they could buy an army's loyalty.
• I hate how after Henry heard that Elizabeth and not Mary will be the one that was to rule England that he called Mary useless and a burden because she hasn't given him what he wanted. I liked that Francis yelled at his father for this and demand that she be treated with respect although Henry didn't listen.
• I was very uncertain about Mary writing to her uncle Duke Deguise for help because he is someone who has a large army and has tried to grasp for power many times before which is why he is no longer welcome at French court.
• I felt bad for Greer with the way that her father talked down to her because she fell in love with a servant because one he was just plain mean and two she already was practically engaged to Castleroy so there was no reason to be rude.
• I liked how Bash and Kenna spent the episode pleasuring each other and I liked how Bash's goal was to make her to forget every other man but him. I also liked that Kenna later on adopted the same idea with making him forget every other woman but her.
• I liked how Catherine referring to Duke Deguise as the devil is something that Mary takes as recommendation coming from her.
• I liked how Francis brought up to Deguise that the reason he was exile from court was because he went behind the king's back countless times and that this is the reason he dislikes and mistrusts him.
• I liked how Castleroy was very nice to Greer's sister's with how he wanted to show the girls around the castle because he's heard they've never been to one before. I also liked that Castleroy told Greer's father that he didn't want a dowry for Greer's hand just to marry her.
• I really felt bad for Francis when he saw that his father had made plans to start a war that he can't possibly win and he can't seem to talk him out of going to war. I was very glad to find out that his worry was in vein at this point when he went to Catherine and found out that she already put a stop to Henry's plans.
• I liked how Francis despite wanting not to say yes to Deguise's deal to give him his army if Deguise will become his right hand man once he is king because he loves Mary and they need his army to save Scotland. I also liked that Deguise mentioned that the reason Mary wasn't at the meeting is because she wouldn't let Francis sacrifice himself for her country.
• I liked how Catherine offered Penelope the chance to work as one of her ladies.
• I liked how when Greer's father was trying to convince Castleroy to invest in empty mines that Greer tried to say he wouldn't want to because he does so well in the spice industry. I also liked how Castleroy told Greer's father that he shouldn't talk down to Greer the way that he does.
• I liked that Castleroy set up dowry's for Greer's sisters and he made sure that Greer would be the one to oversee their wedding contract so the girls would be sure to marry for love.
• I was very worried when it was revealed that Henry was able to make real plans to make war with England and Francis was forced into a position where he had to use Deguise's army for France rather than Scotland even though he didn't want to.
• I liked that Castleroy gave Greer the right to sign her own wedding contract and I'm sad that no matter how much I love Castleroy and think he's a great person I just can't seem to ship him and Greer together.
• I felt so bad for Mary and Francis when he had to tell her he was forced to break his promise to her and while I understand why Mary is mad that her country is being hurt I think it's terribly unfair of her to accuse him of not caring about anything but France because he clearly cares for both he just can't seem to defend both of them.
• I thought it was so heartbreaking that Mary said she regretted marrying Francis because she loves him and refuses to risk him even though at times it may be what is best for her country.
• I'm really worried about what Mary will do next to try to defend Scotland because while Francis cares about both their countries sometimes I think that Mary would gladly burn France to the ground to ensure Scotland's safety.

TV Review: Reign: No Exit(1.18)

• I liked that Bash gave Kenna a ring that belonged to his grandmother and I found it funny that Kenna wonder why it wasn't bigger but did want it all the same. I'm glad that Bash and Kenna agreed to at least try to be married because they are stuck together.
• I liked that Kenna was a bit bitter about how fancy Lola's wedding is going to be compared to her's.
• I liked how Greer pointed out that Bash was young and handsome and that she looked quite thoughtful of that point when she agreed.
• I liked how Catherine brought Mary and Francis over to deal with the Cardinal because Henry can't and I liked how well Mary took over role of dealing with him.
• I liked how when Catherine found that Henry had allowed for Penelope to tie him up that she tells him that relationship has to stop because he's allowing himself to be made a fool of and therefore France is being made a fool of.
• I found Mary's brother James come to France to ask her to return to Scotland right away to settle the unrest that came about because of having so much French influence in their government.
• I liked that Mary wanted to so badly return to Scotland in order to make sure their remains peace there but I also understood Francis point that it was a really bad idea to leave France at the moment with them being in a middle of a deal that Mary is in charge of and his father being mad at the moment.
• I find it very suspicious that Julian won't talk about his parents and is far too interested in Lola's dowry considering he should be rich.
• I liked the brief glimpse we got of Nostrodamus and Olivia being happy together although I was sad that he saw a vision of the plague coming back and killing her if she stayed.
• I felt so bad for Kenna with how she had to deal with Henry coming onto her multiple times even though she clearly wasn't interested.
• I thought it was petty and cruel that Penelope decided that Kenna should have to give her wedding ring but I liked that Bash stepped in to stand up to his father and mentioned how it isn't right for him to treat her that way. I was glad that the situation was resolved before Henry could do anything too awful.
• I liked how Bash told Kenna that she shouldn't have to live like that and I liked how Kenna told Bash that she'd rather deal with Henry than have him get himself killed standing up for her.
• I liked how Catherine came to Kenna for her plan of how to get rid of Penelope and I liked that she promised Kenna and Bash an estate far away from court that would keep them both safe from Henry's wrath.
• I liked how Francis told Bash about how he wants to help Mary but he also needs make sure that he is doing what is best for France as well. I also liked how to Bash it was simple choice in his opinion to choose your wife over your country which Francis points out is something he could have offered Mary that Francis can't because his country has to come first regardless of how much he loves Mary.
• I liked that Lola brought up to Greer her suspicions about Julian's strange behavior and I liked that Greer tried to reassured her but I also liked that it didn't stop her suspicions.
• I liked that Nostradamus went to tell Catherine that he will be leaving with Olivia and I liked that Catherine refuses to let him go.
• I like that Francis makes arrangements to go to Scotland together  as soon as possible because he loves Mary and wants her to be happy.
• I found it really suspicious that James was so upset that Francis was coming with Mary to Scotland.
• I liked how Kenna's talk with Penelope about how she needs to keep Henry occupy and tricks her to putting Henry in a compromising position so that Catherine and a Bishop could find him there and convince him that it is best for his kingship to get rid of her.
• I liked that Francis found out about James's footman being paid with English money and how his unwillingness to talk just makes him more suspicious of James and whether or not it's safe for Mary to return to Scotland with James.
• I found it a bit odd that Mary refused to belief that her brother would hurt her even though she has plenty of reasons to doubt him.
• I found it sad that Nostradamus and Olivia had to part ways because Catherine refuses to let him go.
• I liked how Lola checked with her banker about her dowry and refused to move the money into Julian's name and showed her annoyance at not being able to have the money into her own name.
• I liked how Kenna and Bash celebrated getting their own estate together and I liked how Kenna got back the ring Bash gave her and when he asked if she wanted him to buy a better one that she didn't because he gave it to her and it made her feel certain each time she looked at it that someone will always look out for her, I also liked that they kissed.
• I liked that Francis after finding out that James footman was hired to kill Mary at sea that he refused to let her go to Scotland because he couldn't risk loosing her.
• While I think that it wasn't right for Francis to lock Mary in a tower I understand why he did it because when it comes to Scotland's well being she'll take every risk to her own life no matter how certain the danger to her own life is.

TV Review: Reign: Liege Lord(1.17)

                                                    Reign: Liege Lord(1.17)Review

• I liked how this episode opened with Kenna and Bash both telling each other why they were disappointed with being married to each other. With Kenna saying how Henry promised her someone titled, noble and wealthy and Bash really finds it awkward that Kenna is notorious for sleeping with his father.
• I liked how both Bash and Kenna agreed to try and keep their distance from Mary and Henry due to their history with each other and that they might not love each other but they should at least find a way to like each other.
• I liked how Mary and Francis discussed how Henry being mad his going largely unnoticed by the court and how Catherine is secretly running France behind Henry's back and that Penelope is a really good distraction for Henry and therefore a blessing in disguise.
• I liked hearing that Lola had been courted rather nicely by Julian since last episode and I liked how direct she was with him about what she wanted and that was the same and liked that about her.
• I was worried about Lola when Julian confessed that he never wanted children but I did like when he proposed to Lola.
• I liked that it was explained that Catherine has an elite set of ladies in waiting who sleep with noblemen in order to find out political secrets and I liked that this one refused to sleep with a mad king and asked Mary for help getting out of the country and revealed to Mary a secret about her wedding contract.
• I thought that it was pretty horrible and scary for Mary that the contract said that France got Scotland if she died before having an heir, also I liked that Mary was more concerned about Scotland than her own life and Francis first concern was that they could have Mary killed in order to get Scotland.
• I liked how Mary went to Kenna to find prove of the document in Henry's chambers and I liked that although Kenna was frightened and didn't want to break her promise to Bash she went to Henry's chambers in order to save Scotland.
• I was really rather frightened for Kenna when Henry walked in when she was in his chamber and I could tell she was scared too.
• I found it sad that Mary's own mother betrayed her and Scotland for some money. I also liked how Mary came up with the plan to get word back to the Scottish people because it would cause unrest and it would mean that the contract would have to be burned in order to prevent a war.
• I liked how Mary invited every Scot within a 100 miles so that Catherine couldn't figure out her real reason for throwing such a party.
• I found it disgusting how Henry bragged to Bash that he was with Kenna earlier that day.
• I loved how Mary gave the speech to the nobleman and his men about her marriage contract and what it means for Scotland and how she will die before she lets anyone take Scotland from her and then they all bowed down to her.
• I liked how overwhelmed Mary was at being bowed down to and being seen as a real queen and I liked how impressed by her Francis was as well.
• I'm glad that Bash learned that Kenna only went to Henry for Mary and protect her country and he felt like a fool for being upset with her.
• I liked that Lola told Julian about her being pregnant and I liked that Julian agreed to marry her anyways because she still the girl he started to fall for.
• I was upset and a little surprised that Catherine had all the Scotsmen killed after she figured out that Mary knew of the contract. I liked that Mary was so angry at Catherine for what she did and that she slapped her.
• I liked how Catherine made a speech about how many men will lay down their lives for the queen and how it never stops so eventually you just have to stop caring so much about them because it's part of the job.
• I liked that Francis comforted Mary about her loss of the Scotsmen.
• I liked how Bash was able to save Kenna from Henry and I liked that he had went looking for her because he was worried about her and that felt that it's his place to protect her because she's his wife.
• I loved how Mary got Catherine to burn the marriage contract by threatening to tell several nobles that the Kings mad and that would result in a civil war which Catherine wasn't willing to risk happening.
• I liked how Mary told Francis that she would always choose Scotland over France no matter the consequences and I liked that Francis seems both frightened and impressed by this.

TV Review: Reign: Monsters(1.16)

                                                    Reign: Monsters(1.16)Review

• I felt bad for Olivia when she was having nightmares about her experience in the caves and I found it a bit disturbing that a tooth from the darkness was found in her wounds.
• I continue to be disturbed and frightened by Henry going mad especially since he started off the episode by pouring wax in a nobleman's ear. I think that Catherine has the right idea of keeping  Henry away from the public and I think he should be thankful that she keeps motivating people to keep quiet about his episodes.
• I liked how the Queen of the Bean was explained as a contest were one servant girl gets to become queen for the day and that Catherine used to hide it from Francis when he was younger which is why Mary doesn't remember it because Henry often sleeps with the servant if she's pretty.
• I liked how Francis mentioned that Bash and him used to run off to the woods when they were younger on that day and I liked how Mary told Francis that it's okay to miss him.
• While Greer's fiancé Lord Julian seemed nice and good looking enough I think it was pretty obvious that Greer still longed to be with Leith instead but knew that marrying Julian was what she should do.
• I liked how Castleroy could tell that Leith was looking after Greer longingly in much the same way he is and I liked how he asked if he'll miss it here.
• I completely understand why Lola is so frightened about not having a suitor soon because she really doesn't have much time until she'd be ruined.
• I liked how Catherine and Nostrodamus came up with the idea to put Henry in a coma so that no one learns that Henry has gone mad.
• I liked how when Bash return he surrender his weapon right away and tried to tell the guards and Henry about the threat of the darkness but I'm sad that no one listened to him and that everyone thought that he was just their for Mary despite him not mentioning Mary or making any move to find her upon arrival.
• I'm glad that Bash was eventually able to convince Mary and Francis that he wasn't actually back for her but because he wants the help of the castle's guards to defeat the darkness because he doesn't want anyone else getting killed by it.
• I liked how Catherine tried to find away in which she could use Penelope to get the vile into the Henry's drink.
• I liked how Greer admitted to Leith that despite there being nothing wrong with Julian she's still unhappy with him because she loves him and I loved their kiss as well.
• I liked that Leith tried to take all the blame for the kiss in order to save Greer's engagement with Julian after he walked in on them kissing.
• I liked that Greer told Julian that it wasn't Leith's fault because she didn't want Leith to be too harshly punished but this changed nothing in Julian's mind so he calmly ends their engagement.
• I liked that Nostrodamus informed them that the darkness is in fact human and I liked that both Francis and Bash went together to find it even though things were still pretty bad between the two of them.
• I felt so bad for Greer for feeling ashamed that she loves Leith and that she disappointed her family and because of the way gossip works she knows that pretty much no one will want to marry her now which I think is terribly unfair but that's probably true about how things worked back then.
• I liked how all the girls comforted Greer when she was crying and I liked how Kenna told her what she did was less shameful than her relationship with the king. I also liked that Lola told the other girls about her being pregnant.
• I liked that Castleroy had made sure that Leith was freed from jail and was instead able to join the military.
• I liked how Mary felt so clearly creeped out when Henry tried to get her to come onto Penelope and that she tried to get both of them out of that situation but Penelope ended up staying.
• I liked how Penelope was able to handle Henry by making him feel like him being the one tied up was a reward for him.
• I liked how Bash pointed out that it's a bit ridicules of Francis to be so threatened by him an exile bastard and I liked how Francis admitted it was more because Bash was his brother he always looked up to and trusted that he felt so hurt by his relationship with Mary.
• I liked that when Francis thought that there was a threat near by he gave Bash his sword because he feels that Bash is better at using one.
• I liked how Mary and Greer arranged for Lola to be Julian's new suitor and I liked that Lola worried about Greer's feelings despite her desperate situation but in the end agreed to the match.
• I liked how desperate Bash was to save Francis when he fell through the ice and I'm so glad that he was able to save him.
• I felt bad fro Greer when he said the gossip about her and Leith is the first interesting thing he heard about her but I liked that Kenna said that's horrible thing to say but I disliked that Henry then said she should be grateful because it gets the attention off her although I'm glad that it's clear Kenna certainly doesn't see it that way.
• I liked how Greer accepted Castleroy's proposal because he's a nice guy who clearly cares about her and doesn't think badly of her for having feelings for a servant, while I wish there was a way for Greer to be with Leith I know it's not practical.
• I liked how Olivia rejoined society and I liked that she wanted to dance with Nostrodamus but I was sad that he didn't dance with her.
• I loved that Francis and Bash finally made up and that they now both know that the other doesn't want them dead despite what happened with Mary.
• I wasn't surprised to learn that Henry was the one that order Bash to be killed but I was disturbed by it.
• I liked that Francis talked Henry out of killing Bash and I liked that he was completely horrified by his father's actions.
• I found Nostodamus's backstory about how he was married with small children once but they were all killed when the plague came through to be very sad.
• I was sad when Greer saw Leith off and she wished he would look back and then he did and it broke my heart to see those two separated.
• I was surprised that Penelope was able to play Catherine and that she put the vile in Catherine's drink instead of Henry's. I'm glad that Catherine found Mary and told her to get Nostrodamus before she passed out.
• I liked how Bash described Henry's plan as a sort of horror show and informed Francis and Mary that their invited on pain of death.
• I thought it was terrible cruel that Henry forced Bash and Kenna to marry each other and I understand why Kenna was so upset because Henry had promised her someone noble and titled not his bastard son but on the other hand I kind of shipped these two since like episode three so I enjoy this development even if the circumstances are really screwed up.
• I liked that Bash used the nonsense titled that Henry gave him to give the guards orders to hunt for the darkness.

TV Review: Reign: The Darkness(1.15)

• I felt bad for Kenna having to deal with Henry becoming creepier and kinkier in there relationship and her feeling like she can't say no to the new things he wants to try while still feeling uncomfortable about it.
• I like that Mary is trying her best to find Lola a husband but I feel bad for Lola that Mary doesn't seem be putting much of any thought into Lola's happiness with the match.
• I liked that Greer and Leith are seen to be very happy with each other's presence but I find it terribly sad that they both know that they can't be together. I liked how when Greer asked when will you grow tired of kisses that lead nowhere that Leith answers when you stop wishing they would.
• I liked that when Bash saw that the door of the villagers home he has been staying at has been marked that by the darkness that he decided to stay because he wants to fight off the darkness.
• I felt bad for Olivia as she told the story about how the darkness locked her in a cave and fed on her for months and that she was only able to escape because she was nearly starved to death so she could then slip out of her chains.
• I liked how Kenna told Catherine about how she woke up in bed with a dead girl and how she believed the Henry was the one that killed her.
• I liked that Francis was concerned about Phillip courting Lola because he knew that he could never truly love her and he as her friend wants her to be happy.
• I felt so bad for Lola with how she could clearly tell that Phillip only wanted to marry her because he needed it for his inheritance but felt like she wouldn't have the chance to wait for someone better.
• I liked how when Leith approached Greer with an invitation that she assumed it was from him although it turned out that it was from Castleroy.
• I find it frightening that Henry seems to be loosing his mind and refuses to admit it because he's afraid of seeming weak.
• I liked how Greer and Leith kept looking at each other all through out her dinner with Castleroy.
• I liked how after Leith had saved Castleroy from being set on fire that Greer asked about their health but seemed more concerned with Leith's that Castleroy clearly could tell that Greer had feelings for Leith and although this saddened him he wasn't mad at either of them for it.
• I liked that Francis ended up admitting to Mary that him and Lola slept together and that he was sorry that it happened.
• While I understand why it was so upsetting for Mary having to lie to Francis I think it was completely unfair for her to demand that Lola marry Philip right after she learned that he was gay and therefore could never fall in love with her.
• I liked how Olivia said she too ashamed to come back to court because the last time she had been their she was there to betray people and she left them when she needed them most and now feels that she's evil, I just like that she feels guilty about her past wrongs not that she thinks herself as evil.
• I liked how Leith told Greer about how he had a new job opportunity in Spain that would bump him up to the merchant class and how she tells him to take it even though she doesn't want him to leave her but knows their relationship had to end someday, I also like that Leith tells her that he loves her.
• I understood why the villager girl had subdued Bash to sacrificed for darkness but I didn't like that she did it. Also I was glad the darkness didn't kill Bash but I was sad that it took and most likely killed the girl.
• I liked how Francis filled his Mary's room with candle and reminded her that he doesn't sleep with her just to make a baby but because he loves her.
• I liked how it was revealed that Greer arranged for Castleroy to give Leith the job in order to help her soften the blow in ending their relationship.
• I liked that Nostrodamus cleanse Olivia and told her that evil isn't something you are but something you choose and that she only has to be what she chooses to be.
• I liked that Mary said sorry to Lola about trying to force her into a loveless marriage and I liked that Mary made clear that her fears was that relationship between her, Francis and Lola would turn out to be like the relationship that Catherine, Henry and Diane have and I like that Lola assures her that it wouldn't turn out that way.
• I was a bit sad to learn that Greer is all but engaged to some guy she's never met before.
• I'm glad that Catherine saved Kenna from having to go with Henry because I believe that he would have killed her if Catherine hadn't have stepped in.
• I find it disgusting and disturbing that Henry seems to be killing women because he had been outplayed by them through out the season and now kills them to regain dominance over them.

• I'm glad that it appears that Mary and Francis were happy with each other on their honeymoon and are very much in love even though there's still a bit of conflict regarding Bash.
• I liked that it was mentioned that Henry is actually setting Kenna up with suitors because I assumed that he wasn't living up to that part of the deal. I think it's bound to end badly that Kenna is pretending to be a virgin to an archduke.
• I liked that Francis was clearly shocked and upset when he heard that Bash didn't make it to France which goes to show that he wasn't the one that order the guards to kill Bash.
• I'm curious as to where Olivia as been and how she got there although they did mention that this thing called darkness has fed on her.
• I liked that Bash made sure that Olivia was safe and he brought her to Nostrodamus so that he could take care of her.
• I liked seeing Kenna pretend to virginal towards the archduke because she was so clearly playing him.
• While it was sad that the archduke's sister died I'm kind of glad that the Henry's actions actually had the chance of having some negative consequences for himself.
• I liked that Henry went to Catherine when he needed help covering of the Duchess's death because he knows how good she is at covering things up and coming up with plans.
• I liked how Kenna figured out that Lola was pregnant and that she thought Lola was going to be Francis's mistress and then Lola told her she didn't want that.
• I liked that Kenna told Lola about how one of her maids had an abortion and after Lola told her that she didn't want to have the baby.
• I liked that Mary didn't believe that Francis would try to kill Bash and that she warned Bash about making threats about Francis.
• I liked how cleaning is complete confusing to Henry and Catherine when they are covering up the duchess's death because it was quite funny.
• I liked that the maid didn't want to tell Lola about the place to get the abortion because it could kill her and she didn't want to do anything that could cause Lola harm.
• I liked how Francis told Mary that they need to trust each other because royals can always create evidence but it's more important that they take each other at their word.
• I liked that when Kenna was certain that Lola was going to have an abortion that she told Mary about it because she didn't want her to risk her life.
• I liked how when the Archduke mentioned that his sister couldn't write that Catherine came up with the story that she had a priest for a lover that tried to cover up their affair and then the archduke believed their story and asked them to never speak of it.
• I liked that Mary told Bash to hate her and not Francis because she values their relationship with each other.
• I'm glad that Mary stopped Lola from going through with the abortion but I'm sad she found about her thing with Francis and that she's mad at her for it. I'm glad that Mary does agree to keep it a secret from Francis for Lola's sake as well as her own.
• I'm curious about what Olivia means when she talks about the darkness coming.

• I liked how Catherine was planning Mary's wedding and her own death at the same time because if she had to die she wanted it to be memorable.
• I liked how both Francis and Lola want each other to end up happily married to other people one day.
• I liked that we met Mary's mother Marie even if she isn't the nicest of mother's with how she manipulates things and doesn't seem to have the highest of opinions of Mary despite having barely ever spent any time with her through out her life.
• I liked that Mary could figure out right a way that her mother wouldn't allow for her to marry Bash.
• I liked that when Francis and Lola returned to court that Mary and Francis couldn't stop staring at each other and didn't seem to notice anything else that was going on around them.
• I liked that Nostrodamus had visions that proved to him that Francis marrying Mary won't lead to his death and that he tells this Catherine even though he knows it will enrage her that his mistakes have almost led to her death.
• I liked that before Catherine convinced Francis to fight for Mary that he didn't plan to come between Mary and Bash despite him still being in love with Mary.
• I was sad to see Francis and Bash be so angry with each other over their relationship with Mary with them both wanting the other gone but hopeful things will improve between them one day.
• I liked how Mary did eventually believe that the visions have changed and that she can now marry Francis if she chooses to but she ended up having a hard time choosing between Francis and Bash because she does love them both.
• I liked that Catherine gave Mary a blank letter that she could use to say it was word from the Vatican that she could say either approved or disproved of Bash becoming king and I liked that Catherine told her that she loves either Francis or Bash more.
• I liked that scene were Mary tells Bash that she can't marry him that they both clearly still care for each other it's just that she loves Francis more.
• I loved how when Mary tells Francis that he's the one that she loves most that she runs up to him and kisses him and tells him how his mother allowed her to make her own choice in the end.
• I liked how Kenna was able to convince Henry to write letters for her to get her a husband at court but I dislike that Kenna restarted a relationship with him.
• I liked how Lola told Kenna that she doesn't think a relationship with Henry is a good idea and I liked that Kenna told Lola that she knows something happened between her and Francis.
• I really enjoyed seeing Francis and Mary's wedding since the two of them were so clearly happy to be with each other it was magical to watch.
• I liked how Mary told her mother that she wanted her out of her life after learning that  she was the one that forced Mary's hand earlier that day.
• I thought that it was pretty cruel of Henry to make Bash watch Mary and Francis have sex especially since Bash was already on his way to leave court.
• I doubt that Francis was the one behind the guards trying to kill Bash and it makes me sad that Bash would consider that.

• I think it's sad how Clarissa had decided that she should spy on Henry and Charles as a way for the three of them to feel like a family to her.
• I like that Mary decided to take Henry and Charles to the village frost fair in order to cheer them up but I was sad that they were attacked before they get to the festival.
• I like that both Mary and Bash are very concerned with the safety of Henry and Charles even though they have different ways they think they should go about it with Mary thinking they're safest at court and Bash thinks they would be safer a way from court so that they could have a normal life.
• I liked that Mary promised Catherine that she would take care of Henry and Charles and that Mary wanted to also bring Clarissa out of the shadow although Catherine disagreed with that idea.
• I liked how Mary told Bash that she would the one that they king would side with so him disagreeing with her means very little but I disliked how Mary implied that Bash didn't love his brother.
• I liked how Lola went to Paris in order to pay off her brother's gambling debt but I hated how the guy he owed the debt to instead that in order to consider the debt paid Lola would have to sleep with him.
• I thought that it was pretty smart of Catherine and Nostrodamus came up with a plan that she would fake her own suicide so that she could escape.
• I liked how Bash had a frost fair brought to the castle so that Henry and Charles could have a fun day.
• I loved that Francis was able to save Lola from having to sleep with that one guy that her brother owes a debt to while still having her brother's debt forgiven. I also just really enjoyed seeing Francis again since I missed him much more than I realized I did.
• I liked that it turned out that Bash arranged that Charles and Henry taken to safety at the frost fair because he thought that was what was best for them.
• I liked how Charles remembered that Clarissa was his friend at the castle and that he explained to Henry who she was when Clarissa came and took the boys away from the driver who Bash had paid to take care of them.
• I liked how Francis and Lola connected with each other and that they opened up to each other about how they feel empty and things that made them sad.
• I like that Catherine refused to leave until she knew that her sons are safe and I like that she went with Mary and Bash to find Henry and Charles.
• I liked that Catherine tried to talk Clarissa out of killing Charles by saying that she would be her mother and that can all be a family.
• I liked that Mary killed Clarissa in order to save Henry's life and I liked that this act finally convinced Catherine that Mary never wanted to hurt her family despite the way things turned out.
• I liked that Francis decided to return to court in order to stop his mother's execution from happening.

• I liked how Mary and Bash realized that since the baby was marked as a pagan they needed to find a way to get it out of the castle before anyone discovered the mark.
• I liked how Catherine's family had come to France in order to help her fight Henry but it seems that Catherine trying to maintain her power is something that led Henry to try to get Catherine beheaded for adultery.
• I felt bad for Kenna when she was going over what she would say against Catherine in court that when she mentions she could say that Catherine tried to kill her that Henry said no one cared.
• I liked seeing how Catherine seemed to be able to find a way to find out most anything she needs to know by having her own spies all around court and with the help of her family.
• I like that both Mary and Catherine refuse to back down from their goals even though they are both threatening to have each other killed.
• I like that Bash tells Mary that the threats that Catherine spoke of with both himself and Mary being in danger if anyone found out about his family history is true and that he wants her to really think about her decision to marry him considering those risks.
• I like that Catherine was almost able to convince Henry not to go through with executing her by telling him that at the beginning of their marriage she did love him and that deep down a part of her still does which is something that seems to be true for him as well.
• I'm glad that Mary and Bash were able to ensure the baby's safety before anything happened to the child.
• I was surprised to learn that Clarissa is actually Catherine's daughter that she thought had died and was a product of an affair which renews Henry's desire to have Catherine executed.
• I found it rather frightening how Henry was willing to kill one of guards that agreed to be Catherine's witness to finding evidence of Diane being a pagan.
• I thought that it was rather sad that Catherine's family gave up on her and inside suggested that she poison herself to save the family's reputation.
• I both like and find it frightening that Bash would be willing to kill his father if he was a threat to Mary's well being.
• I disliked that Catherine tried to kill Mary along with herself and I'm glad that she was unsuccessful in her attempts.

• I liked how Mary went and found Bash after he didn't come to court to do the duty of the regent because Mary knows that Bash doesn't know how to do the job of king and he really does need to come to court in order to learn how to do the job.
• I like that Bash recognizes that his life is very much in danger at the moment due to what legitimizing a bastard could do to other noble families but he is willing to face this threat in order to do what Mary wants of him.
• I liked how Bash wonder if he might die of boredom while listening to the people in court and I liked that Mary told him to take things seriously.
• I find it quite impressive that Catherine was able to plot an attack on Bash's life and control a good chunk of the castle's servants all from within her jail cell.
• I loved how Mary reminded the servants that Henry is someone to fear and that if they follow Catherine's wishes they will be likely be punished by him and that Mary order everything and everyone to be taken away from Catherine.
• I found it interesting that Bash's cousin Isabelle who is pregnant is the daughter of a convicted traitor who Catherine thought Bash was lovers with but in fact the fact that their related would actually have put him in more danger of execution than Catherine's original assumptions.
• I like that Mary and her ladies dressed Isabelle up in fancy clothes to disguise her in order to sneak her out of the castle in order to get her somewhere safe.
• I liked how Lola, Greer and Kenna went to Catherine's cell in order to take away what she needs to write notes and to see if she'd let anything slip that could be used against her.
• I disliked how Catherine insulted Kenna, Greer and Lola and I like that Lola stood up to her.
• I liked how Bash said that he thought of Isabelle as a younger sister of sorts and how he had always looked out for her.
• I liked how Isabelle told Mary that while she could see Bash married to Mary because of the way he looks at her she could never imagine him as king since it require him to make decisions that could hurt his loved ones for the good of the country and pretend he likes people he can't stand.
• I liked how Mary knew how to get Isabelle through the birth of her baby because she has seen the nuns deliver babies plenty of times.
• I liked how Kenna didn't respond to Catherine's taunts and instead calm got up and walked away once Catherine gave her something she could use against her.
• I liked how Mary learned this episode that Bash's family on his mother's side were once Pagans and I liked how when Mary was ranting about how evil Pagans were that Bash told her that most Pagans are nothing like how she describes her and that while he himself isn't actually a Pagan he just picked up some of the prayers but he doesn't see being Pagan as evil in anyway expect for the fraction that believes it serves a beast that feeds on human blood.
• I like that Mary told Bash that she realized that he would do anything for his family no matter the cost to himself and while she thinks that's a noble thing to do it isn't something that a king can afford to do.
• I like that Mary tells Bash that he has a choice in whether or not he wants to be king and I also like that Bash answers that he wants to marry her because he's saying that he wants something entirely different than what she asked him.
• I was sad that Isabelle ended up dying because of complications with child birth after the baby was born but I like that Bash intends to keep his promise to keep the baby safe and find a family to raise it.
• I liked how Lola revealed to Catherine that Greer forged Catherine's handwriting in order to write a letter that proves that Catherine tried to kill Bash and another that used Catherine's money to throw a feast in Bash and Mary's honor.
• I liked how Lola told Catherine that she thinks that Catherine is the bitter one and that she doesn't care why Catherine abuses her power she just wants to take that power away from Catherine forever.
• I think it's sweet that Bash says that he would be loyal to Mary over a country but I also think that, that's something that would make him a bad king as well.

• I liked that when this episode started it was mentioned that Mary and Bash had been on the run for a week now.
• I liked that Francis remained determined to find and marry Mary because despite everything that he thinks she has done he still loves her.
• I liked that Mary told Bash about the prophecy and that Bash told Mary of his mother's plans to legitimize him and that she also knew that he never wanted to be king.
• I liked that Bash was ready to let the guards cut off his fingers but Mary spoke up and agreed to return to French court in order to save him.
• I liked that Francis was willing to hear Mary out because he knew that she was just giving him excuses with saying she didn't trust him to put her first because he would die for her and will never stop fighting for them no matter how many people stand against.
• I like that when Mary told Francis that Aylee dying made her not want to marry him that Francis pointed out that, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
• I liked that Mary said no to going along with Henry's story and I liked that Catherine pointed out that Mary wasn't just some girl but a queen.
• I thought it was really cruel that Henry said that if Mary didn't marry Francis that he would execute Bash.
• I liked that Mary spent the episode trying to find a way to keep both Francis and Bash alive because neither of their deaths were okay in her eyes.
• I liked that Mary decided to tell Francis the truth about why she left and that Francis did his best to convince her that the prophecy wouldn't come to past and that the two of them could still be together. But since Mary truly believed the prophecy she could not be swayed.
• I liked that Mary found a way to keep both Francis and Bash alive and agree to Henry's terms by marrying Bash.
• I liked that Mary pointed out to Catherine that she already sacrificed the man she loved because of the prophecy so Catherine should be willing to sacrifice her crown to save Francis.
• I liked that Kenna told the other girls she suspected that the Aylee was poisoned and that the poison was meant for her.
• I liked that Francis was angry with marry for deciding to marry Bash  and plot to take the crown from him all because of some prophecy. I also liked that Bash was angry with Mary for making plans for him to be king when she knows he doesn't want to be king.
• I liked that Henry figured out Catherine's plans to kill Mary and Bash and ended up putting a stop to them.
• I liked that Francis told Catherine that he would kill her if she killed anyone in the room so that he could be on the throne. I liked that Francis was clearly very upset with Mary and Bash and what they had done to him but he also doesn't seem to hate them either.
• I liked that Catherine planned to leave at the end of the episode in order to save herself from being executed but Henry stopped her because he suspected that she would've found a way to ruin his plans if she had left.
• I like that Bash at the end of the episode still doesn't like the idea of being king and really can't believe the events that had happened and I like that both Mary and Bash acknowledge that while they were trying to save Francis they ended up loosing him in the end.

TV Review: Reign: Fated(1.08)

• I loved the opening scene with Mary and Francis in bed together where they are kissing. giggling and talking about their future marriage.
• I was surprised by the announcement that England's queen is dying and since Mary as the best claim in the eyes of the Catholic church Henry wants Mary to make a claim for England's throne and for her and Francis to be married as soon as possible.
• I liked that it was pointed out by Mary, Francis and Catherine that laying claim to England's throne was a huge risk for Mary and Scotland since Elizabeth was many followers and will fight her for the throne.
• I like that Bash continues to tell his mother that he doesn't want to legitimize because he doesn't want to steal the throne from Francis even if he does have feelings for Mary and he doesn't feel like stealing his brother's throne is a way to win a woman.
• I felt bad for Kenna with how she realizes that even though she's given Henry everything he still refuses to give Diane up and he will choose Diane over her if he was forced to choose.
• I liked how Francis took Mary for a walk outside to help her clear her head about making a decision about whether she wants lay claim to England or not. I love that Francis proposes to Mary without attaching the string of having to lay claim to England but instead made it about them spending the rest of their lives together and I love that Mary said yes to that. I also love how Francis hugs her and picks her up and spins around in a circle.
• I like that Nostradamus suggest that Catherine tells Mary of the prophecy that her marriage to Francis would cost him his life rather than killing her because it's clear that Mary loves Francis.
• I liked how Kenna went to Catherine with the news that Diane has been trying to legitimize Bash and let her do what she liked with it.
• I liked that Catherine told Mary of Nostradamus's prophecy and that she also pointed out that telling Mary this information could be used to get her and Nostradamus executed. I also liked that despite Mary being skeptical she was at least willing to consider the possibility of the prophecy being true.
• I liked that Mary and her ladies in waiting went over how true Nostradamus's past prophecy was true and I liked how their opinions all differ on them.
• I liked how Bash told Mary when he could tell she wanted to know something about how true Nostradamus's prophecies were that he's right more often than not.
• I disliked how when Catherine was kicking Diane out of the castle that she tried to convince her to kill Kenna for her because she believes Kenna to be a betrayer and stupid although I liked that Diane didn't end up going through with it.
• I found it sad that Aylee died and I find it odd that it seems like Clarissa seems to be the one behind it since she felt Mary needed to believe in the prophecy.
• I liked that Diane told Bash that they both needed to get out of the castle because Henry would be angry with them because of her trying to legitimize him but she'll win him over again soon enough.
• I was very sad that Mary had come to the decision that she had to leave in order to save Francis and that it broke her heart to have to break his but she thought she was doing what is best for him.

• I like how Olivia knows that Francis's heart still belongs together because when he was with her he said Mary's name.
• I liked how Mary told Francis that she hates his plan of them seeing other people until they are sure of their marriage and that she hates hearing his mother talk about him and Olivia.
• I liked how Leith could tell that Greer was reading a letter from her father where he told her to basically marry someone of standing soon just by her expression.
• I liked how after Greer told Leith that she doesn't really know how to do much of anything that he tries to teach her how to flip an egg. I found this scene to be very cute.
• I liked that Diane was trying to come up with a plan that would get Bash legitimized and her married to Henry and I loved that Bash was completely against this plan because it would displace Francis and his other brothers.
• I find the meeting with the minor Italian Count to be quite unsettling with how he kept bringing up his ransom and Italy's past conflicts with France. It was pretty clear that something was going to go wrong but I was still surprised that the Count's men took the castle.
• I liked how Mary was able to save Kenna from one of the Count's men by being very polite and diplomatic with him.
• I liked how when Catherine offered the Count, Mary that Francis instead offered himself to the Count to be held for ransom in order to save Mary.
• I liked how Greer was pretending to be a servant because she was with Leith at the time the castle was over taken and she knows that servants are practically invisible.
• I liked how Mary asked Clarissa for help to find a way out of the castle using the secret passage ways and that Clarissa showed and marked the way out for her.
• I like how Mary and Catherine are working together because they both love Francis and would do anything to keep him safe.
• I liked how when Mary went to Francis with her plan to get him out that he didn't want to leave without knowing that Mary was safe and I like that Mary told him that they have to trust each other especially if one day they are going to rule together. I liked how all the things that were complicating their relationship cease to matter when their lives are in danger.
• I liked Catherine's sad story about what happened when she was held for ransom for years when she was a child and I liked how at the end of the episode she said that history is written by the survivors and she is certainly one of those.
• I like that Leith was going to be the only servant staying behind when everyone was escaping but Greer refuse to leave him.
• I like how when one of the Count's men came so he could have his way with Greer that Leith fought him and when Leith was loosing Greer also attacked the man. I liked that they both protected each other in the fight.
• I like that when Greer thought she killed the man with the fraying pan that Leith slit his throat and said that there was no way to be sure who killed him.
• I disliked how Olivia left her spot after Francis came through and put Mary and her ladies in danger. Although he seems that Clarissa probably killed Olivia after she got lost in the secret passage ways.
• I liked that Catherine had poisoned the gold that she gave the Count and his men although it didn't work on the Count himself.
• I liked that Mary was able to save herself and stabbed the Count in the throat.
• I love that Francis finally told Mary that he loved her and that he finally stopped letting the uncertainty of their future keep them from being with each other.

• I liked how at the beginning of this episode Francis was avoiding Olivia even though him and Mary still haven't made up yet since his heart still lays with her.
• I liked that Mary gently warns Kenna that she should be careful with her relationship with the King and that she should be wary of Queen Catherine.
• I liked that Mary still sees her kiss with Bash as a mistake and I like that while Bash doesn't really regret kissing her he regrets that she is the one who's meant for his brother who he also considers a friend.
• I felt bad for Kenna when she saw that Diane returned with the king and still stood by his side as she always had.
• I like that once Bash realized that the pagans where threatening Mary in order to get him to pay his debt that he tells both Francis and Mary about what the pagan told him last episode about needing to pay debt.
• I like that Francis seems to be more mad that Bash is lying to him than he is that he kissed Mary even though he's clearly upset about both.
• I liked the scenes between Bash and his mother Diane where we learn that she use to be a pagan but doesn't practice anymore and that although Bash considers himself Catholic the pagan community seems to disagree.
• I like that Kenna told all the other ladies in waiting about her relationship with the king because I'm glad that she told them and they didn't have to find out on their own. I also liked how the other girls warned Kenna to be careful with the king since he isn't making it seem like his heart belongs to Kenna.
• I find it scary that pagans drugged Mary and hung a dead stag above her bed to threaten her further.
• I was saddened by the tension in Francis's and Bash's relationship with Francis telling Bash more or less to commit a blood sacrifice in order to ensure that Mary stays safe although I disliked the tension I could understand both of their actions.
• I like that when Catherine first asks what happens in Mary's room that Mary tells her someone broke in and that Catherine could probably tell them how the person could have done that.
• I like that Mary and Catherine worked together to find out who were the pagans in the castle with Mary offering anyone with information their protection as motivation while Catherine threatened to burn down their homes as motivation to get them to talk.
• I like that Bash clearly didn't want to kill anyone for the sacrifice but felt he had no choice so he went to the jail in hoping to find a killer but could only find a thief.
• I like that Francis told Mary about what Bash had to do to pay the debt and how he had told Bash to do it and that he knew about their kiss.
• I feel bad for Kenna because by the end of the episode she believes she has the king's heart but he's still with Diane although I did enjoy the brief glimpse we got of their relationship they seem to understand each other well.
• I like that Bash killed the pagan as his blood sacrifice even though he does end up killing the thief later in the episode.
• I liked how Francis pointed out to Mary that due to their positions they can't let their emotions motivate their decisions and their engagement is merely a promise that he may never be allowed to fulfill. I also like that Francis told Mary she could see who she likes as long as it isn't Bash although I dislike that he went back to Olivia at the end of the episode.

• I found it frightening and interesting that pagans are now luring people into the woods in order to offer them up as blood sacrifices.
• I liked how Mary and Francis declared themselves only each other at the beginning of the episode and I liked the whole cute scene of if I was just a girl and you were just a boy.
• I liked that when Bash was flirting with Mary he admitted that he does in fact flirt with everyone.
• I liked how Mary said that she's easy to please as long as no one tries to kill her or take her country.
• I liked how annoyed Greer was with the nobleman that had shown interested in her who only seems to be able to talk about pepper no matter what topic she brings up. I also liked that Greer was distracted by the kitchen boy while taking to the nobleman.
• I liked how when the Kitchen boy saw that Greer split on her dress that he came after her to offer to try to remove it and well flirt with her. I also loved that he was able to see her without her dress on when she gave her dress to him, I found the scene very cute and I just love them together.
• I liked how Bash told Mary who Olivia was to Francis after she asked but didn't really give away much about their relationship even though Bash clearly feels something for Mary.
• I like how Francis very much wanted to keep his relationship with Olivia in the past but felt responsible for her because it's because of their past relations that Olivia was unable to be wed.
• I liked how Mary was willing to give Olivia a chance despite her past with Francis and actually was friendly to her and invited her to sit with her and her friends when everyone else was looking down on Olivia.
• I liked how when Bash saw that  the man that was offered up as sacrifice was still breathing that he cut him down even though he knew that it would upset the pagans because he felt like it was worth angering them to safe a man's life.
• I disliked how mean Olivia was to Mary after Mary was the only one that showed her kindness with how Olivia basically said she was going to steal Francis's affection from Mary.
• I like how Mary told Francis about what Olivia had said and that Francis was honest with Mary about their past relationship and that he easily agreed with Mary's idea to send Olivia away.
• I disliked how Olivia was offering herself up to Francis repeatedly after Francis keeps telling her that he likes Mary now and I disliked that she kissed him but I'm glad he stopped even though it was clear that he still has some feelings for her and that he didn't make her his mistress.
• I felt bad for Greer with having to deal with her family putting so much pressure on her to marry someone who is titled and knowing that she would be a disappointment to them if she was to marry someone like the kitchen boy. I also felt bad for the kitchen boy who Greer pretty much told him she was ashamed of him.
• I found it interesting how similar Queen Catherine's marriage situation is supposedly to what is happening between Mary and Francis in this episode.
• I was a bit upset that Mary found out about Kenna's relationship with the king from Catherine but I liked that Mary tried to get Kenna to end that relationship because she believes there's no way for that to end well for Kenna.
• I understood why Mary was so mad at Francis for letting Olivia stay and I love that she told him to respect goes both ways. I also could understand why Francis was mad at Mary for not trusting him that his relationship with Olivia is in the past but sadly this fight just ends up putting further strain on their relationship.
• I liked that Mary got drunk with Bash and complained to him about how unfair it is that Francis can do whatever he wants with whoever he wants and I love that Bash told her if he had her he wouldn't want anyone else.
• I really enjoyed the kisses between Mary and Bash but I also kind of liked that Mary regretted it right away because I'm glad that she's loyal to her feelings for Francis.
• I liked that Francis wanted to make up with Mary after their fight but I'm sad that he saw her and Bash kissing but didn't see her say it was a mistake and choose to have some sort of relationship with Olivia again.
• I like that after talks of regrets that Greer goes and finds the kitchen boy and kisses him and tells him that she doesn't want to regret not having been with him before she's married.
• I'm glad that Mary was having Aylee pretend to be a thief in order to make the Queen believe she had the power to make her spy on Mary for her but Mary is actually tricking the Queen.
• I think it's rather cruel the Queen is using Olivia to break up Mary and Francis but it does make me feel bad for Olivia. I'm also glad that Mary already suspects that the Queen is behind Olivia's return.
• I find it interesting and creepy that Bash was told that he has to choose someone to be sacrificed or someone will be chose for him because he interrupted a blood sacrifice.

TV Review: Reign: Hearts and Minds(1.04)

• I liked how it showed that deals between royals take a long time to become final because of not wanting to appear weak or loose allies. I also liked that Mary didn't want to beg in order to end her engagement with Francis because she was unsure that she really wanted that.
• I liked how when Lola went to check on Bash that he said that looking at her makes him feel better and I found it interesting that Lola has nursed to of her brothers to their deaths so she no longer fears death only being alone.
• I like that Mary wanted to tell Francis that she didn't want to go but I also like that Francis told her not to tell him that because it doesn't make him feel any better.
• I find it interesting that Mary was only able to get out of her engagement by signing her name to the words of a prostitute who was the only one that could prove that Simon an English diplomat was the one responsible for Frances men getting ambushed and Bash getting injured.
• I liked that Mary told her ladies in waiting that they didn't have to come with her because she felt bad about them having to move again and I love that they told her that they will go wherever she goes.
• I liked that as time went on it become clearer and clearer that Tomas wasn't who he seemed to be and that he was actually quite cruel and had the most to gain from ambushing Frances men.
• I like that Francis felt that there was something not right with Tomas and he kept asking around about it because he felt that it was his responsibility to look out for Mary even if she isn't his fiancés anymore.
• I liked how Francis told Mary that he use to believe that they where lucky because they got to spend time together before they married.
• I find it funny that because of portrait half of Europe believes that Francis is sickly and a dwarf.
• I found the kiss between Mary and Francis at their picnic to be really passionate and really hot.
• I found that it must have been terrifying to Mary when Tomas told her that he will be putting a lot of rules on her life and will punish her each time she does something to displease him by beating his servant.
• I found it very admirable but also very sad that Mary felt like she had to marry Tomas because it was what was best for Scotland and as a Queen it's her duty to put her personal feelings aside for the well being of her country.
• I liked how it was clear that Francis was pretty worried about Bash recovering through out the episode.
• I really hated that Tomas called Mary his property but I liked that Francis clearly didn't agree with that line of thought and wanted to fight him over that statement and was only stopped by Bash who agreed with what Francis had said earlier about Tomas being a monster.
• I liked that Clarissa gave Simon's seal to Mary in order to show her that Tomas was the spy not Simon.
• I don't understand how Kenna has developed deep enough feelings for the king already to want to become his mistress.
• I like that Greer gave the kitchen boy a costume so that he could go to the costume party and I love that those two kiss again. I really enjoy these two as a couple and I wish I knew kitchen boy's name.
• I like Mary, Francis and Bash work together to find and convince witnesses to prove Tomas is the spy and that Simon is innocent.
• I like that Francis and Bash where able to save Tomas's servant in time.
• I like that Bash tells Francis after he kills Tomas that it's a good thing that his hands are shaking because killing is suppose to be hard.
• I like that Kenna was able to use her relationship with the king in order to make sure that Simon isn't executed until after Mary, Francis and Bash come back with proof that Simon is innocent.
• I liked how Simon thanked Mary for saving his life and Mary basically told him that she hopes it wasn't a mistake to save his life.
• I liked how Mary became in charge of negotiations with Scotland and Frances and she was able to get everything that Scotland needed through the negotiations.
• I liked how Francis told Mary that he wanted to be with her no matter what is the best political idea for France.
• I liked that Mary thanked Clarissa for her help and I found Clarissa to look quite freaky hiding under Mary's bed.

• I liked how Mary and her ladies in waiting had a picnic and talked about their best kisses and I liked how Greer hadn't had her first kiss yet but was hopeful it would happen soon.
• I liked that as soon as Mary found out that Scotland was attacked and needed more men that she went and demand that the king send some of his and I like that even after he rejected her idea she found other ways to get the men she needed.
• I liked that Francis agreed with her about it being right to send French men to Scotland but sad that he told her that they both didn't have power at the moment.
• I liked how Francis dueled his father to try to get him to agree to send men but I'm sad that the King made a promise that he had no intention of keeping.
• I like that Mary climbed a tree to get a ball and that was how she met Tomas Portugal.
• I liked that Mary after hearing why Tomas was in Frances thought that she would be able to buy the troops her country needed.
• I found it awkward when Tomas proposed to Mary since she clearly wants to marry Francis and Greer was interested in Tomas but I can see why this marriage would benefit her.
• I liked how Mary revealed to Francis that she found away to get what she needed by marrying Tomas and while she doesn't like it, it's really her only option.
• I liked the odd conversation that Sebastian and Kenna had about the king and how he treats the women that he takes an interest in.
• I liked that Francis was able to convince his father to send the men by blackmailing him about his interest in Kenna.
• I really like the relationship that seems to be developing between Greer and the boy that works in the kitchen.
• I liked how Francis was concerned about Sebastian being sober enough to ride and I liked that he said sorry to him when he came back injured.
• I liked that Francis kissed Mary before he told her that Frances can't give her what she needs unlike Portugal.
• I like that Mary decided to do what is best for her country and marry Tomas even though it's clear that she really doesn't want to.

TV Review: Reign: Snakes in the Garden(1.02)

• I'm glad that Mary and her ladies in waiting seem to have made up in this episode because at the end of last episode it looked like they weren't going to be on good terms during this one so I'm glad that I was wrong.
• I love that Mary is trying to figure out who tried to kill her in this episode and that she is willing to consider both the English and members of French court as suspects because she knows that she has many enemies.
• I liked how Francis's little brother Charles also seems to consider Sebastian to be is brother in the same way Francis does despite him being illegitimate.
• I liked how Mary offered to go with in order to try to help Charles's future bride who is about seven to feel at ease because she remembers going through the same sort of thing when she was younger.
• I liked how when Charles said Mary smelt nice Francis dreamingly agreed.
• I liked how when Simon an English man was questioning the strength of Mary's alliance with Francis that she bravely said that it was strong and didn't show any fear from his threats until he mentioned the attempt on her life at convent.
• I liked how when Francis say that Mary was frightened by Simon that he came over to her and got her away from him so that she could calm down. I liked how Francis told her not to show how scared she was and that even though their alliance isn't actually all that strong at the moment but he'll help her make the English think it is.
• I was happy that it looked like Colin escaped and wouldn't be dead but sadly he was actually dead by the end of the episode.
• I liked that the king was suspicious of the queen with how she avoid telling him about Colin's escape and that he also wanted Colin to be found alive because he doesn't seem to trust the queen.
• I liked that Mary was able to figure out that the queen is the one that is trying to kill her but I'm sad that at first Francis refused to believe her but I understood why he couldn't because the queen is his mother.
• I was happy to learn that Kenna and the king didn't actually sleep together last episode but it looks like they may in a future episode. I'm glad that the king is at least showing her that if a marriage is given his blessing the man will not question the woman's virtue.
• I like that Mary asked Sebastian for help with finding Colin before the queen's men do and I like that he was willing to help.
• I found it interesting that the ghost that helped Mary out last episode is a friend of Charles and that people usually forget about her when she's older and her name's Clarissa.
• I found it very frightening that all of Mary's guards disappeared on her and that someone staged a poisoning of one of her dresses on a maid.
• I liked how when Sebastian wasn't back by dark that Francis got worried about him and went to find him.
• I find it interesting that there seems to be some type of magic people in this world with how Colin's death looked like a sacrifice and that Sebastian spoke in a language that was either pagan or druid.
• I like that Mary played a game of marbles with Clarissa in order to get some answers about who's trying to kill her and I'm glad that she was able to get some answers.
• I liked that when Mary learned that Simon staged the maid's poisoning that she told him that she could see that England was frightened of her and that she wouldn't want to be England's queen since they have been trying to kill her since she was a little girl.
• I liked that Francis demanded that Sebastian tell him the language he spoke and what it means and that he didn't want any secrets between them.
• I liked how Mary told Francis that she's sure that his mother is behind trying to kill her but she has no proof and that she doesn't feel that she can stay her with her life in danger.
• I liked how Francis told his mother that he had suspected her being behind trying to kill Mary and that if she continued to try and kill her she will loose his love for her.
• I liked that at the end of the episode Francis told Mary to not run but stay and that he was committed to protecting her even if his country isn't.
