TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Beautiful Day(1.10)

In this episode Chloe and Brain go to visit Brain’s grandmother who appeared to be a very sweet old lady but we soon discover that she’s part of the group trying to kill Chloe. Also in this episode Chloe confess she loves Brain to her mom and Alec over hears. Chloe also gets a message from her dad telling her to meet him at the cable car place only to discover that it’s not her dad who’s been sending her messages.

The second half this episode was a lot better then the first and filled with quite a few twists. In the second half we have Jasmine’s fake boyfriend Zane ends up killing both Valetina and Jasmine and at the very end reveals himself to be Alec’s brother. We also have Chloe’s second death and Brain coming to her body and they kiss and it’s revealed at the end he’d died already. Also we learn that Brain’s dad and Chloe’s mom went out to dinner with each other.

Overall this episode was really good had a lot of twists, made me both laugh and cry and can’t wait for the second half of the season. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Responsible(1.09)

                                 The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Responsible(1.09)Review

In this episode Chloe gives advice Vanessa the daughter of her mom’s boyfriend and when she runs away with her creepy boyfriend Chloe feels it’s her fault and tries to find her. Chloe along with Alek find out that Vanessa’s boyfriend is involved with human trafficking(I’m pretending their involved with the Dollhouse) and they go done their beat the crap out of those guys and they make an awesome battle couple and ended up rescuing Vanessa and everyone else. Through out this episode the relationship between Chloe and Alek start to develop and I really like them as a couple and I loved when he brought her roses. On a completely unrelated note I really like the way Alek says status.

Also in this episode Brian investigates further into his mother’s death and discovers that his grandmother who he was told died when he was four is still alive and he also found an address and he wants to go to it. In this episode it appears that a Mai boy is working with the group that wants to kill Chloe and he pretends to be interested in Jasmine. I overall really liked this episode and I think it’s one of the best of the season. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Heartbreaker(1.08)

                         The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Heartbreaker(1.08)Review

In this episode after Chloe screws up her love life she ends up trying to help a woman get her bag back only to discover that they were two thieves fighting over the loot and she ends up getting arrested. Also in this episode Chloe’s mom becomes suspicious of Chloe’s secretive behavior and finds out that Chloe is contacting her father. The thieves try to take out Chloe and her mom towards the end but both Chloe and Alek end up stopping them without Chloe’s mom figuring out that Chloe’s Mai.

I really liked that both Brain and Alek were mad at Chloe for most of the episode because they had every right to be but I’m still glad that they both made up with her by the end of the episode but neither are in a relationship with her. I also liked that we learned about Alek’s back story and I also found him towards the end the end of the episode. I also really liked that Brain found out what the key he got went to and I liked that in the last scene it pretty much confirms that Brain’s father had something to do with his mother’s death.

I overall really enjoyed this episode and I think it’s one of the best of the season. I also think that Chloe should tell her mom about her being Mai because that’s just something she can’t hide forever. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Dogs of War(1.07)

                                   The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Dogs of War(1.07)Review

In this episode Chloe meets a boy named Kai(he’s played by Colton Hayes who plays Jackson on Teen Wolf) who is a Jackal which is the Mai’s mortal enemy. Chloe sees that Kai seems like a good person so she wants to bring him home to his family and she does along with Jasmine, Alek, Amy and Paul only to discover it was a trap. It ended with no one dying but it got quite close for both Alek and Chloe.

In this episode Alek’s feelings for Chloe are confirmed and at the ended of the episode he kisses and surprisingly she kiss him back, and I think I’m happy about that. I also felt bad for Jasmine towards the end of the episode when her mom called her a disappointment. I also liked the scenes between Chloe and her mom they were pretty touching.

I overall enjoyed this episode and I found it much better then last week’s episode. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Nothing Compares 2 U(1.06)

                      The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Nothing Compares 2 U(1.06)Review

This episode dealt mostly with Chloe and Brain’s relationship in fact they go to this art gala that was put on by his father’s company. It was interesting to see that a few people at the gala seemed to recognize Chloe but they choose not to do anything. I also liked that there was a little more development involving Brain’s mother’s murder. I was sad at the end when Chloe and Brain had break up but I knew it had to happen sometime.

Also in this episode Amy briefly gets a new boyfriend who I find very attractive especially when he wore glasses and he was involved in illegal gambling and ended up almost getting both him and Amy killed. In the end Chloe kicks the thugs ass while wearing a very pretty evening gown and Paul and Amy seem to be back together. I also enjoyed Alek’s relationship Mimi another Mai who he was with the summer before.

Overall I like this episode but found it a little disappointing after the last five episodes. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Girls Night Out(1.05)

                                     The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Girls Night Out(1.05)Review

In this episode Chloe meets to bad girl Mais named Nikki and Lilah and like all bad girls at first Chloe has a great time with them going out dancing and speeding around on motorcycles. The fun times end when Chloe sees one them ready to give the kiss of death and discovering that the think Mais are better then humans. In the end Chloe and Jasmine fight Nikki and Lilah while a Mai girl fight isn’t quite as good as a slayer fight it’s definitely fun to watch, in the end Nikki dies and I’m sure that Lilah will come back for revenge. I liked Nikki and Lilah for being bad girls and giving into their primal nature with them maim guys and careless making out with them.

I liked that Brain’s dad cared enough about his son to try to make him leave and I’m a little worried what Brain working for him will teach him about the Mai. I also continue to enjoy Chloe and Brain’s doomed relationship and I’m still intrigued by the who killed Brain’s mother plot. I’m kind of disappointed that Alek wasn’t in this episode.

I overall really enjoyed this episode but not as much as All Apologies, but it was still one of the better episodes. Please tell me your thoughts on the episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King: All Apologies(1.04)

                                   The Nine Lives of Chloe King: All Apologies(1.04)Review

This episode focuses on Chloe learning to control her new found powers especially her enhanced hearing and empathy link with humans which only the uniter has. I liked that there was quite a bit of Chloe practicing training because she’s still in a lot of danger even though the scar guy’s dead. I liked the scene where Alek teaches Chloe to control her enhanced hearing and the part where she listens to his heart beat gives reason to start shipping them but Chloe still seems to have no interest in him.

I liked that Chloe helped Lana out with her ex-boyfriend and liked the way that storyline developed both Lana as a character and Lana and Chloe’s relationship. I liked how Paul being the comic book nerd that he is that he wants to be Chloe’s sidekick. I didn’t like how Amy was being such a bitch about Chloe being busy training with Alek and Jasmine but I’m glad that Chloe told her that’s just the way things have to be and I’m glad they made up in the end.

I liked that the order seems to made up of a lot of people and I liked how Jasmine’s mom threatened Brain’s dad towards the end of the episode. I continue to enjoy the relationship between Chloe and Brain. I liked that the show showed that Brain’s father while he’s a bad guy it’s clear he loves his son and his deceased wife. I’m also very intrigued by how Brain’s mother was killed and by who, I have a feeling it involved the mai in some way but I wonder what learning the truth behind her death is and how it will effected Brain. I overall really enjoyed this episode and I think it’s the best one yet.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Green Star(1.03)

                              The Nine Lives Of Chloe King: Green Star (1.03) Review

In this episode Chloe meets the leader of the Mai that are in San Francisco who happens to be Jasmine’s mom. It was interesting to meet the leader pf the Mai and also to learn there’s a lot more Mai around then one would think. I also like how we learned more about the uniter’s destiny such as each death will be more painful then the last and each life will be harder then the last. Another big focus of this episode was mother daughter relationships and I liked seeing the difference between Jasmine and her mom’s relationship( her mom excepts a lot form her but at the same time it’s obvious she loves her daughter) and Chloe and her mom’s relationship( there very close to each and before Chloe found out about the Mai thing they never had secrets from each other).

In this episode Brain and Chloe continue to be sweet together although they went through a bit of a rough patch they seemed to have made up by the end of the episode. I also liked Amy and Paul’s relationship in this episode and I think Amy is a good singer. I’m also very happy that the scar guy died because he was especially cruel this episode with his trying to drown Chloe to death repeatedly. Overall I really liked this episode and I look forward to the next episode.

TV Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King:Redemption(1.02)

                                The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Redemption (1.02) Review

In this episode Chloe deals with her feelings of guilt over Xavier’s death. I really liked the scene were Chloe tells her mom that Xavier is the first boy she kissed and then he died, the scene made me cry and whenever a tv show can make me cry I consider that a good thing and I’m happy that Chloe told her mom that even though she keeping the whole Mai thing from her. I liked that Chloe helped Xavier’s brother stop being involved in drugs because it’s something that Xavier would have wanted and it really was the only way she could come even close to make things right with his death.

I also found that Chloe and Brain are really cute together and you can tell from watching their scenes that they both really like each other, so I support that pairing although I know they can they never kiss. I loved that he brought her flowers towards the end of the episode that was just so sweet. I also liked that Brain seems to have his own storyline involving trying to figure out who killed his mother and also what is father is up to. So even though I don’t find him attractive find him interesting which I can consider to be much more important.

In this episode it seemed like Alek was much more on edge and I’m guessing that’s because Jasmine isn’t doing so well. I also enjoyed that how excited Paul was about Chloe’s powers because it was just so funny. I overall enjoyed this episode.

Recap/Review: The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Pilot(1.01)

                          The Nine Lives of Chloe King Pilot (1.01 ) Review/recap

First off I know this episode aired like two weeks ago but I just couldn’t make myself type out this review/recap until now so sorry it’s late so I’ll start the recap.

In the first scene we see Chloe running through the woods with two people in black hoodies chasing after her. Through out the scene the camera is all shaky but not in a bad way like when someone doesn’t know how to hold a camera but in a way that reflects Chloe’s current emotional state and from this scene I’m guessing it’s frantic. Chloe then goes up these stairs which leads to a sidewalk and then across the street and into a building then she takes a brief moment to look back then continues to run up a staircase that has all these paintings on the wall once she’s past the area with the paintings she trips( I love that she trips it makes her seem normal) she then gets back up and runs to the top of the tower. Once she’s at the top of the tower she turns around in a circle to see if anyone has followed her and after finding no one she goes over to look out the windows(there not exactly windows since there’s no glass or screens in them it’s more like a well made opening) she then sees the two people who were following her meet up and then head in separate directions neither of them heading inside the tower. But Chloe doesn’t get time to relieved about this because when she turns around she gasps when she sees a black man with a scar on his face and he says “Goodbye Chloe.” then pushes her out the window and she free falls from the very tall tower and lands on the ground on her back and we see that there is blood under her head. Then the title comes up.

In the next scene we get some shots of San Francisco and then go to Chloe’s bedroom and there’s text that says two days earlier then we see Chloe in bed and her mom outside of her room knocks on her door and tells she has to get up or she’ll be late and she won’t be driving her to school today. Chloe then reluctantly wakes up and looks at her phone and smiles then rushes off to her bathroom to get ready.

In the kitchen Chloe’s mom continues to tell Chloe to hurry up then Chloe comes downstairs tells her mom to calm down and grabs a piece of toast and tries to head out the door but her mom stops her and Chloe replies “Sorry no time I have a super mean that won’t drive me to school.” Her mom then makes her sit down and Chloe tells her she got a B on her geometry test, the slutty girl got pregnant just like everyone thought she would and no remotely cute boy has looked Chloe’s way and asked her out, her mom is happy with this so she’s free to go. Then her mom tells Chloe to say hi to Amy and Paul for her. Chloe then ask how she knew she was going to meet up with them, her mom says this is one of the reasons she’s the one whose in charge. Chloe says “Text me.” Mom: “I love you too.” Chloe: “Implied.” then Chloe heads out the door.

Then a few more shots of San Francisco but it looks more rainy and cold this time. Then we see Chloe and her friends Amy and Paul sitting on a bench and a lawn chair on a pier where it has recently rained. Then Paul tells Chloe to hurry up blowing out the candle on her birthday muffin because his hand is on fire then Chloe closes her eyes and blows out the candle and Paul says “And now it’s covered in spit.” the girls laugh. Then Amy wishes Chloe a happy pre-birthday and mentions how she can’t believe tomorrow’s Chloe’s 16^th birthday. Then Paul asks what she wished for and Amy immediately smacks him telling him you’re not suppose to tell( which is totally true the rules with birthday wishes is they don’t come true if you tell but in this case it doesn’t really matter) but Chloe says it’s already and that she just wished things were different. Amy suggest “You wished you had more then two friends.” Chloe quickly reassures not about you guys but she does wish she’d be kissed once in her life, then she mentions how she wants to take risks and be notice and how she might be tried of being the good girl, at this point she had stood up and is now walk across the back of the bench with ease. Paul is amazed by how Chloe is walking on the back of the bench asks how she’s doing that, Chloe replies “I don’t know it’s easy.” then jumps down off of it. Chloe goes on how she wants to be someone other then herself then Amy tells Chloe the plans for birthday week which is the same as every year which Chloe isn’t exactly happy about since she wants things to be different. During all of that Paul was trying to walk across the back of the bench but had bad balance and ended up falling down and stating “That is so not easy.” Paul then gets up and asks if their something Chloe would like to do instead of the usual and Chloe gives this smile like she knows exactly what she’d rather do.

Then the next scene is at night outside of a nightclub there’s a long line and Chloe, Amy and Paul on the opposite side of a gate and Paul says “This is so much better.” and Amy says with a laugh “There’s no way their letting any of us in there.” then the see someone people come out of a side door one of them is a guy that pucks in a garbage can which Chloe makes a face that basically says “Ew” then she gives this I have any idea smile. Then the three of them sneak into the club through the side door.

Inside the club there’s lot of people and loud music. They walk in and are all very impressed with the club and Paul tries to hit on some ladies but Chloe says “Don’t do that try to be cooler.” Then the walk up to this bar area and Chloe and this cute dark haired guy smile at each other. Then Chloe pretty much mouths to Amy so hot and if it’s okay to talk to him, Amy says it is and to talk a deep breath which does before she turns around again. The guy then mentions Chloe looks a little young, she lies and says she’s over 18 but he says your suppose to be over 21 but he says he won’t tell and that he’s using his brother id and then the go off and do some flirty dancing.

As they walk out of the club, the guy says that Chloe is wild and Chloe says “No one’s ever said that about me before.” Guy: “ Find that hard to believe.” They are holding hands and smiling at each other. The guy invites Chloe to his brother’s place but Chloe says “I’m not that wild yet.” and that she really needs to go, and she surprised that Amy and Paul ditched her. Then the guy asks for her number and then he gives her his number and she takes his picture and his name is revealed to be Xavier. Then Chloe heads off then turns around and kiss Xavier and he offers her a ride since it’s pretty cold out she replies “I kind of like it, it makes me feel alive.” Then she goes off feeling both surprised and happy that she kissed him and heads home. Then it’s revealed that the guy that will soon kill her is lurking around behind her.

The next scene is at school the next day and we see Chloe catch up with Amy. Chloe first tell her she can’t believe she ditched her but she’s totally forgiven because she had the best night of her life because her Xavier danced all night and she kissed him and Amy is very happy for her. Then we see this gorgeous blond guy coming down the hall with a basketball and Amy mentions she thinks he’s hot and Chloe says he’s not her type and continues to tell Amy how she’s surprised she just went up and kissed a guy. The blond guy starts throwing his ball against the wall behind her head then Chloe catches it and tells him to knock it off then she throws the ball and it lands it a trash can a couple of feet away and Chloe and most other people are taken by surprise. Then Chloe and Amy leave but Amy takes one more look at blond guy before Chloe drags her down the hallway. The blond guy looks watches them leave then squints his eye in the way that says I know your hiding something.

The next scene is still at school but later on in the day. Chloe is stopped in the hall by blond guy who has a lovely accent but I’m not sure were it’s from but I love the sound of it. Blond guy ask Chloe to show him some of her moves sometime but Chloe insist it was just a lucky shot and this point blond guy has cornered Chloe against a wall. Then blond guy says “I wasn’t talking about basketball.” Chloe says “Subtle.” he replies “I wasn’t trying to be.” then he puts one hand down by her crotch and then leans in and smells her(he must have really meant when said he wasn’t trying to be subtle.) during this exchange Chloe mentions he hasn’t talk to her in like two years and she seems uncomfortable but I don’t blame her he’s being pretty creepy. He ask why she’s giving him a hard time and she says she wouldn’t have touched his ball if she knew it would have this effect on him then she realizes that sentence pretty much invited a lot of creepy comments so she says don’t say it. Then he tells her their going to be very good friends and leans into to kiss her but a pretty dark haired girl says “Alec” which is blond guys name so he doesn’t kiss Chloe. Chloe feels more awkward and then says “Well it was nice chatting let’s try to never do this again.” and then leaves as the bell rings. Alec and the girl exchange a look the girl leaves and the scene changes.

Then the scene is inside of the store which Chloe works at. Chloe looks through some new clothes and puts a shirt on hold and says she loves a song playing on the other girls ipod but the other girl is surprised she can hear the music. Then this guy comes into the store Chloe helps him pick out a hat and flirts with him a little bit and then tells him her work hours in case he wants to see her again and he said he might come back.
After work Chloe was walking down the street not paying attention to were she’s going then a guy on a bike nearly runs into her but he doesn’t hit her because she jumped up on a hood of a car, the biker asks how she got up their but she doesn’t really know but decides it’s kind of cool. Then she goes around running, jumping, doing flips and climbing and eventually jumps across roof tops and she’s smiling the whole time.
Then we go to the birthday dinner were Chloe is telling Amy about her new found jumping abilities as well as enhanced hearing abilities. Then Amy tells her how she and Paul kissed and they are now couple which surprises Chloe since Amy never mentioned having a thing for Paul but Amy says she didn’t know until last night. Then they talk a little more about then the dark hair girl from earlier comes in Chloe says it’s Alec’s girlfriend but Amy tells her it’s actually his cousin Jasmine. Then Chloe tells her about the thing with Alec earlier and with the guy at the store.

Then we cut to Chloe’s house were her mom is on the phone with Chloe and mentions that Chloe was suppose to be home an hour ago and back at the restraunt Chloe says their just and she’ll be home in seconds. Amy makes Chloe come up with a plan with the guys she’s flirted with in the episode she tells her to call club guy and to try something store guy who’s name is Brain and Chloe seems the most into him. Then Amy jokily says “Now Chloe try not wrestle too many bad guys on your way home.” and Chloe jokily replies “I’ll try.” then she rushes home and it’s revealed that the guy who’s going to kill her was there.
On the way home on the street Chloe’s harassed by a homeless guy and when she defends herself she slashes him and then notices that her nails have grown and became claw like. Both Chloe and the homeless guy are freaked out by this and then she runs home after her nails are normal again and she makes them long then normal again.

Then we go to Chloe’s house were Chloe walks in the door her mom is pouring herself a glass of wine. Her mom was about to go into a lecture about being home on time but Chloe comes in and hugs her which surprises her and she asks if she’s okay, Chloe says she’s fine but her mom’s not quite convinced but then Chloe says sorry for being late her mom says it’s okay since it’s her birthday. Then Chloe blows out the candle on her cake and then they have some cake and it’s mentioned that her dad left over ten years ago. Then they talk about what Chloe did the night before and about the guy at the store. Then Chloe asks about her birth parents and her mom says she doesn’t know anything about them.( but we do learn their from the Ukrain) and then Chloe leaves and says “I love you mom” her mom replies “Implied.” then Chloe goes up to bed.

The next day at the store Amy and Chloe are talking and Chloe still looking at her nails because of the claw thing yesterday. Then Amy calls Xavier and makes Chloe leave a message and Chloe’s not happy about it. It then shows that Xavier is dead from unknown causes(he was my favorite out of the guys so I’m really sad he died and also I don’t find Brian attractive it’s not that I think he’s ugly just not attractive).

The next scene they are closing the store and Brain stops by and then him and Chloe are off to go get coffee. Then Chloe and Brain talk about their parents and their relationship and a dog barks at Chloe a lot then Chloe leaves and Brain ask if they can do it again sometime and she says yes then runs off.

Then Chloe walks into this park and she sees the man who will kill her and then she starts looking around a lot and she sees the people in black hoodies and it’s back to the scene at the beginning. Then that scene continues with the guy with the scar running from the scene of the crime unnoticed and people gathering around Chloe then we see Chloe open her eyes. Then the next time we see the spot were Chloe fell we see just a blood spot. Then we see that Chloe is running through the park again and one of the people in black hoodies holds her down and when Chloe is about to claw the one the other person in the black hoodie whose revealed to be Alec tells her to stop and their here to help her and the other person in the black hoodie is Jasmine.

In the next scene Chloe, Jasmine and Alec are running through an ally like place and jasmine is explain that they were only suppose to be watching her to confirm if Alec was right about Chloe being one of them but when they saw the guy chasing her they step in. Chloe wants to know what she is but there’s no time because Alec believes they’re being followed.

In the next scene they are on a roof top Alec thinks they’re safe for now but he and Jasmine thinks it would be best to keep moving but Chloe refuses to go anywhere with them until they tell her “What the hell they are?” and then Alec corrects her “You mean what the hell are we. We are Mai.” Chloe is still confused because she has never heard of Mai which Jasmine explains is an ancient race that is part human and part god and that the Mai used to be humans protectors but they had a falling out when they got tired of following orders. Alec says they been hunted for 100 of years but Jasmine assures Chloe that they live pretty normal lives. Chloe then ask if they’ll be any more changes, Alec says “ No just a tail.” Jasmine says to ignore him and confirms there will be no tail. Then Alec asks Chloe if she regrets being mean to him but she doesn’t and then he ask about the boy at the coffee shop which Chloe says is none of his business and then Jasmine mentions she almost had a heart attack because she thought they were going to kiss. Then they explain that if Mai kiss human the human would die but nothing will happen to the Mai. When Jasmine sees Chloe worrying Jasmine assures her that everything is fine because she hasn’t kissed that guy but Chloe’s worried about Xavier the guy she already kissed.

The next scene is outside of an apartment building at night were police cars and an ambulance is present Chloe is crying and is very upset knowing that Xavier died because of her Jasmine says it isn’t her fault but this doesn’t help her feel any better. Then they tell her the guy whose after her is part of the order and won’t stop until he kills her and Chloe says he already throw her off the top of a building they confirm she is the uniter and has nine lives to live they say Chloe should go with them but Chloe wants nothing to with them and then heads home still crying.

Back home Chloe takes a shower and we see a bruise that pretty much covers all of her back.
The next scene is were scar guy tells a white man in a nice car tells him Chloe is who they were looking for and the other guy tells him to kill her as many times as he have to.

The next scene is back in Chloe’s bedroom and her friend Amy is upset because her and Paul broke up but Chloe can’t deal with this right now so Amy ask what so important and Chloe tries to show her the bruise on her back but it’s gone. Then Chloe tells Amy “I think I died today.” Amy asks confused and concerned if she’s okay but before Chloe could answer her phone rings. The phone call his from Paul’s phone but Paul is being held captive by scar guy and wants Chloe to come.

The next scene Chloe and Amy have drove to the abandoned warehouse were Paul is being held captive and Chloe says she’s going in Amy doesn’t think it’s a good idea for her to go in alone but Chloe shows her claws and this freaks Amy out into agree with her.

Inside the warehouse Paul is trying to convince his kidnapper to tie him to a chair instead since he doesn’t have good upper body strength. Then Chloe sees him and he sees her and tells her to leave because it’s a trap but she already knows this, but she tries to convince the guy that she’ll just take her friend leave and that she has nothing to do with the Mai. He then throws blades at her and disagrees then tells her he’s going to kill her 8 more times but Chloe doesn’t like this idea since dieing sucks and then they start fighting each other.
Outside Alec and Jasmine appear and freaks Amy out then Amy tells them were Chloe has went and they go in and Amy follows.

Inside the fight continues and when Chloe is pinned down the guy is taken down by Alec and then him and Jasmine join they fight also Alec unties Paul and he and Amy are united. Then at one point Chloe is knocked out a window but lands on her feet. Then Amy knocks scar guy out the window and the rest of them head outside. Then outside Chloe meets up with Jasmine and Alec she asks if they should go after him and Alec says yes but Jasmine says they should consider themselves lucky to be alive. Then the scar guy throws a blade at Chloe but Jasmine blocks it with her back Chloe says she ‘s sorry and Alec tells her she can’t run away.

In the next scene we learn that Brain’s dad is the guy that ordered Chloe to be killed but it doesn’t appear that Brain knows anything about this or Mai in general.

There is a montage of Alec watching over Jasmine, Chloe’s mom pulling out a box of papers about Chloe, Brain calling Chloe and Chloe receiving an email from her dad that says to trust no one.

1. The Nine Lives of Chloe King

I’ve been extremely excited for this show since I saw a preview for it and then looked up all the other previews for it. The show looks really good and something about it reminds me of Buffy the Vampire Slayer which is always a good sign and it seems to have something to with cats which I also love. I can’t wait to see this show which comes out on June 14^th.

2. The Art of Getting By

I’ve been wanting to see this movie since it was called Homework but then they change the title to The Art of Getting By anyways I like the idea and I really enjoyed the trailer and it has Emma Roberts in it who I enjoyed Lymlife and It’s Kind of a Funny Story. Comes out June 17^th.
3.White Collar season 3

I just really love this show and it’s one of my favorite currently running shows so I am of course very excited to be seeing yet another season of it. Returns June 7^th.
4. X-Men: First Class

I saw the trailer for this movie a while ago and I thought it looked really good and although I’ve only seen parts of other X-Men movies I’ve always liked the idea and since this movie is a prequel I figured it doesn’t matter if I saw the previous movies. I also want to see it because James McAvoy and Nicholas Hoult are in it since I like both of them as actors. Comes out June 2^nd.
5. Cardcaptor Sakura Omnibus edition 2

I’ve had this pre-ordered since January when it was suppose to come out but for some reason it kept getting pushed back anyways I’m super excited for this since I absolutely love the Cardcaptor Sakura anime and the first three volumes of the manga. Comes out on August 9th.
6. 30 Minutes or Less

When I first read the plot for this movie I thought it sounded funny and then when I saw the trailer I thought it was hilarious I eagerly await for it to come out on August 12^th.
7. Magic Knight Rayearth Omnibus edition

I loved the Magic Knight Rayearth anime as well as whole bunch of other series by Clamp so I’m really excited to be able to read the manga which I hear is quite different then the anime. This series was suppose to originally come out last fall but got delayed for some reason so I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time now. Comes out July 19^th.
8. Monte Carlo

The main reason I want to see this movie is because it stars Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez two actress I really like but I also saw the trailer and thought that the movie looked good and fun, I’m not expecting an oscar worthy movie I’m expecting a fun chick flick. Comes out July 1^st

9. Alphas

I read about this series a while ago and it sounds really good but I’m a little hesitant because it airs on the syfi channel and I’ve seen some really bad movies of the week of their’s but they also made the mini-series Alice which I enjoyed so I really hope the show is good but since I haven’t seen any trailers or previews yet I’m not sure if I’ll like it yet. Comes out July 11^th.

10. Submarine

Although I probably won’t see it this summer since it’s a British indie film I saw the trailer awhile ago and I thought that it looked really good and I’m looking forward to seeing it as soon as I can. Comes out June 3^rd.
