Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
1. Teen Wolf: This week's episode of Teen Wolf was great I remember thinking that Scott's was extra adorable this week which is something I always welcome and I'm really loving the Scott and Kira relationship so far their very cute together and I just really love Kira in general since she's pretty cute and awkward. Although Kira seems to be some sort of supernatural being as well but I doubt she's evil so I'm mostly just curious about her. I also really loved that this episode dealt with Lydia's banshee powers with her being able to sense Barrow(the escape serial killer) was in the school although she couldn't really prove it so she started doubting herself. I really loved the scene in Stiles bedroom between him and Lydia where Lydia was doubting herself about Barrow being at the school and she also seemed pretty upset that she got Stiles in trouble which I thought was very sweet of her to care as much as she did about that when she easily could of glossed over it like Stiles seem to of. I really loved how Stiles gently told Lydia that he's sure she's right about Barrow because when ever she has had this kind of feeling she's been right and that he was willing to search the school all night to prove that she was right, also they both had the sweetest expressions on their faces I think it would be hard to look more in love then those two did in that scene. I also loved the whole thing with the red string between Stiles and Lydia because of the whole legend with red string of fate which is basically the shows way to say their soul mates without actually saying anything at all. I also just really enjoyed Stiles and Lydia working together as an investigation team and I love that Stiles encouraged Lydia to scream that helped her figure things out.
2. Community:I watched the three latest episodes of Community this week and they were all very enjoyable but I especially liked the last two. I liked the whole thing with the study group having to take a lie detector in order to get what Pierce left them in his will, I always tend to enjoy the episodes where the study group are just in a room together were they argue after learning secrets about each other and that's what this episode mostly was although it had some pretty heartfelt moments towards the end of the episode as well which I also loved. The latest episode dealt with Troy's last day a Greendale and Abed had ended up setting up a school wide game of hot lava which everyone got super into like they did when they played paintball in earlier seasons. I also really enjoyed Britta trying to make sure that Abed actually faces that he's sad about Troy leaving rather than just creating the hot lava game in order to avoid the fact that Troy's leaving. I loved the heartfelt moment Troy and Abed shared when it became clear that Abed didn't want the game to ever end since he didn't want Troy to leave. While I'm sad that Troy left the show I felt that the show gave him a great send off.
3. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: I watched the two latest episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this week and both Coulson and Skye got the answers they were looking for but they didn't exactly like the answers they got although Skye did take her news very optimistically all things consider with choosing to focus on the fact that S.H.I.E.L.D. was protecting her rather than all the people died around her when she was baby which just made me love her more and since I already love her a ton that's actually saying a lot. I also really liked the storyline at the Science and Technology Academy where Fitz connected with a lonely student named Donnie who actually ended up being one of the bad guys who was the whole reason the team went there. Anyways I really loved the last episode and I really love this series in general so far.
4. Revenge: This week's episode was the last one before the show went on a little over a month long hiatus and the end of the episode left me a bit confused and with quite a few questions but not in the traditional what's going to happen next sort of way but rather what happened the night before which was strange. Anyway loved seeing Emily get rid of Sara in her takedown fashion because I always love it whenever Emily destroys people's lives or is just generally manipulative. I also really love how insane Emily is acting with her continuing along with her story of being in love with Daniel that's great fun to see as well. There was a nice scene between Emily and Nolan that I love but at this point I kind of expect at least one scene between them per episode preferable more. I also really like that Niko is close to finding out that Aiden's the one that killed her father and I'm really hoping she ends killing him since I hate Aiden and I'm liking Niko so far.

Fangirl Friday 42
Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
1. Elementary: In this week's episode Moriarty returned and she continues to show how she's a brilliant criminal mastermind with how she was able to negotiate herself into a more comfortable prison and she was also able to pass along messages to the outside, get exactly the kind of information she wanted and escape when she felt she needed to. This episode is also when Joan first learns that Sherlock has been in contact with Moriarty through letters for the past several months which is something that concerns her quite a bit due to the past nature of Sherlock and Moriarty's past relationship. I also really enjoyed the final scene between Sherlock and Moriarty where she admits that she didn't kill her guard because she knew it would look bad in his eyes and she wonders if that's how he was able to become one of them(due to their similar personalities) and Sherlock tells her he's unsure of if he really is one of them.
2. Chihayafuru: I watched quite a few episodes of this series this week and it was great and really much more emotional than it should have been to see the karuta team win their final match in the tournament and become the best in Japan together. I love this series and this episodes where super good and loved seeing the characters work so hard to reach their goal that I shared their excitement when they won.
3. Community: Community season 5 come out this week with two new episodes and I personally loved them both. I loved that the first episodes had call backs to the pilot and I liked how it set up this season with showing how Greendale actually kind of made their lives worse because the school lets everyone graduate but doesn't prepare them for the jobs their major is in and I liked how this led to them returning to Greendale. I like that Jeff only really took the job as a teacher because he was desperate and doesn't really take it seriously at first although he does accidently discovers that he might kind like teaching. I also love the subplot about Abed trying to figure out if Nicholas Cage is a good or bad actor but freaking out since there is no real answer, I feel like that's pretty much the only way to explain Nicholas Cage.

Fangirl Friday 41
Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
1. American Horror Story: Coven: I'm really loving this season of the show and I think that it's my favorite season of the show so far which doesn't surprise me since I love witches so much. I really loved that Madison was the one that was destined to be the next supreme since she's pretty much my favorite character but I disliked learning this because it gave Fiona a reason to want to go after her since she's pretty power hunger and even became the supreme by killing the supreme before. As much as I hated to see Madison die and I'm pretty much in denial about being dead for good since two characters have already came back from the dead and she's a main character and it's only episode 3 but I really enjoyed how her death scene paralleled Fiona killing the last supreme. I also felt really bad for Cordelia when she learned that Marie Leveau won't do the spell for her because of Fiona who Cordelia doesn't even want to be part of her life.
2. Vampire Diaries: I caught up with the last three episodes of Vampire Diaries and I have to say that season 5 so far is much better than season 4 was like I'm actually almost loving this show again with how good it's been this season so far. I'm surprised by how much I'm actually enjoying Katherine as a human with her still being the same ruthless survivalist that she's always been but it seems also like she's starting to learn that valuing other people might actually help to keep you save. I'm also really loving the witch Qetisya who was in love with Silas but he betrayed her and now she's hell bent on getting her revenge I really love those type of characters and I love that both Silas and Qetisya won't stop until they get what they want. I'm actually really loved that Stefan lost his memories because it led to some Stefan and Damon bonding which I always love and we hardly got any last season which really disappointed me. There was also some lovely moments of Stefan and Elena recreating some of their important moments and also it was stated that Stefan and Elena are soulmates so I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other eventually. I also really loved that Stefan was allowed to pretty much be done with Damon and Elena because of their major betrayal which is their relationship, I really loved this because Stefan got so screwed over the last two seasons by them but he hasn't been allowed to be anger with them. There was also a few Stefan and Caroline moments that I also really loved as well.
3. Revenge: While this week's episode wasn't my favorite it had some good moments in it such as Conrad theatrically revealing that he doesn't have Huntington's disease and Victoria's reaction to this was basically perfect. I'm also really enjoying the whole Emily and Jack working together without actually being friends or allies even a lot more than I expected that I would. I also really enjoy Nolan I'm unsure about how I feel about his relationship with Patrick at the moment since there was some not good information revealed about his past.

Fangirl Friday 40
Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
1. Revenge: Season 3 of Revenge premiered this week and the episode was really great. This episode took things back to when the show was at it's best with Emily succeeding in her takedowns and lots of Emily and Nolan scenes in which they scheme together and also just generally care about each other which were sadly lacking for a large part of season 2. I also really enjoyed seeing Charolette's new attitude the one in which she is being more proactive and seems to be willing to destroy people if her threat to Patrick was any indication. I just really loved the episode and I'm really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the season unfolds.
2. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D: I watched the first two episodes of the show this week and so far I'm enjoying this show. I really loved the second episode because it focused on the characters coming together as a team for the first time. I'm really enjoying all the science speak on the show so far and I'm also enjoying the action parts of the show as well. So far I like all the characters and I'm interested in learning more about them which is always a good sign.
3. Elementary: This week's episode focused on a case that involved solving an extremely complicated math problem that could be worth millions and I really enjoyed this case because there were so many twist and turns to it. There was also a plot about how the son of the man that Joan accidently killed trying to hit her up for money and I really enjoyed this plot because it shows how much Joan continues to be affected by her mistake and I really loved all the friendship moments Joan and Sherlock shared with him not wanting her to pay the guy because he fears he's taking advantage of her but giving her the money because he doesn't want her to be overwhelmed by guilt. I overall loved this episode.

Fangirl Friday 39
Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
2. Chihayafuru: I've watched four episodes of this anime this week and it's one of the best animes I've seen in a long time. I continue to love to watch the karuta matches becoming far more emotionally invested in those matches then I've ever thought I could be and I continue to love the characters as well and be super invested in them. I continue to love Chihaya's passion for the game and I love to see how dedicated she is to improve her skills. I love Kana's love for the poetry and the traditional clothing. I love that while Taichi cares about Chihaya as much as he ever has that he's starting to also become invested in karuta in order to better himself rather than just help Chihaya out in succeeding in her goals. I just really love this series and I love that all the development seems to come so naturally.
1. Teen Wolf: I've watched the final two episodes of summer season of Teen Wolf this week and quite a bit happened in those episodes. First off I'm super happy to report that no ones parents died which is something I had been worrying about for the past couple of weeks so that was a relief. Also in this set of episode Stiles and Lydia kissed which made me super happy because they've been my one true pairing of the show since season one and I really loved that whole scene but I especially loved the after things were kind of sweetly awkward between them until they remembered the plot again, so that was a really nice moment for me at least. Also later on in that episode there was the strong emotional connection thing mentioned which made me super happy as well. I also love the whole Scott actually becoming a true alpha which more or less happened in these episodes and I love how it doesn't change who he is at all in that he's still the same kindhearted person he's always been. I've really enjoyed Jenifer Blake as the darach she was very powerful and she had a very good reason for doing what she was doing and in all honesty if she hadn't took the main characters parents I'd probably would have been rooting for her since I really liked her. I really loved how Alison came up with a new code for her and her dad to follow with them being those who protect those who can't protect themselves because it's a much kinder code and I liked Alison take up her role in her family with the women being the leaders and all.
2. Chihayafuru: I've watched four episodes of this anime this week and it's one of the best animes I've seen in a long time. I continue to love to watch the karuta matches becoming far more emotionally invested in those matches then I've ever thought I could be and I continue to love the characters as well and be super invested in them. Fangirl Friday 38
Fangirl five Friday is a weekly meme host Nancy Drew is my Homegirl and what it's meme that has you list the top five things you've been fangirling about this week.
1. Orphan Black: I watched the first four episodes of this show this week and I really love it so far with the whole concept of there being clones from all over the world and that there someone's experiment and that for some reason there being hunted down and killed. I find the whole concept really intriguing and each episode is exciting and I think that Tatiana Maslany's acting is incredible with how she was able to play all of the clones and how she was able to make them seem like completely different people especially since they were from a number of different countries as well which meant that there quite a few accents that she had to master. So far my favorite clones are Sarah and Cosima, I really love Sarah because I just find her interesting in that she's the kind of person that would take over a another person's life after she sees them commit suicide and be able to pass at them convincingly but she's also cares very much for her daughter and is willing to track down a person that she's pretty sure will kill her. With Cosima since I haven't seen a whole lot of her yet it's just really because I like her attitude which is sort of laid back, more optimistic then the others and she seems to be interested in finding out more about the clones through science. My favorite non-clone character is Felix Sarah's foster brother who is the only non-clone to know about the whole clone thing as of yet that we know about.
2. Chihayafuru: I watched the first episode of this anime awhile ago but I didn't really ended up really getting into the series until I started watching it this week. I'm really loving the series so far, I love that the game of karuta is being used in a way that it represents a connection and ambition for the main character and that it also was made to seem a lot more exciting then you'd think it could be because it's just a card game but this anime makes it seem like so much more than a card game. I really loved how when Chihaya, Taichi and Arata were children that they came together through playing karuta and I really loved that it was thing that was meant to connect them once again once they were older since they were all going their separate ways when gradated elementary school. I love seeing Chihaya passion for the game of karuta and I love seeing how much she sincerely loves the game and how much joy it gives her when she sees that someone else shares her love for karuta. I love Taichi because even though he seems to be good at everything he isn't really passionate about anything and I just find that I really love his character with how he pretends to not care about things such as karuta or Chihaya but his actions always seem to show that he cares especially about Chihaya who I'm pretty sure he has a crush on her. I also really love the character Kana who loves karuta for a very different reason she loves the poems and the history behind them and I really love that show showed that there were many ways to love karuta and there was no right way to do so. Also the animation in this series is really beautiful so that makes the show even more fun to watch.
3. The Chronicles of Narnia: This week I read The Magicians Nephew which is the first book in my set of the books and I really enjoyed it. Reading about the beginning of Narnia was a delight and I really loved the main characters Digory and Polly they were great characters who were easy to like and I loved the friendship that the two of them shared in the book. I also really enjoyed seeing how the rings could take them to all sorts of different worlds and I liked that each world was different and I liked how there was backstory given to the White Witch as well in this book. Overall the first book of the series was great and I plan to continue my reading of the series.
