- I found the electrical alien virus to be really frightening especially before it was even known if it was a virus with how it was different from anything that was known.
- I liked how Fitz and Simmons made fun of Ward towards the beginning of the episode and I liked how Ward kind of imitated their making fun of him towards the end of the episode.
- I liked how it was shown that Ward was having a hard time forgiving Skye for lying to the team but I like that it seems like rest of the team has mostly forgiven her.
- I like how Fitz seems to be really creeped out by dead bodies and refuses to go into the lab when there's one in there.
- I liked how Coulson stated with the man that he knew was going to die from the virus until the man told him to leave because he didn't want him to be alone when he died even though he was putting himself in danger.
- I found it quite sad how Simmons was excitedly telling Coulson how the virus was spread as he notices that she's been infected.
- I liked how after Simmons has to be separated form the rest of the team that Fitz is just on the other side of the glass still doing all he can to help her make the anti-serum.
- I liked how Coulson blatantly ignores headquarters orders when it means that they want him to kill Simmons.
- I liked how Ward said he wish the thing behind the electrical related death was a person because that way he could protect the team against them. I also liked how both Ward and Skye felt helpless with Simmons being infected.
- I liked how when Simmons and Fitz came to the conclusion that whoever first wore the helmet was immune to the virus that Fitz went and got the helmet and went into the lab with Simmons to be by her side fixing things like they always do.
- I felt so sad when after the third anti-serum didn't work that Simmons knowing S.H.I.E.L.D. protocol asked Coulson to tell her dad first because she thought her mom would take it better coming from him.
- I liked how Fitz called the cure for the virus an anti-serum instead of a vaccine right before Simmons knocked him out because she had given up all hope.
- I was glad that anti-serum actually worked and that it just had a delayed effect but I was so scared that Simmons might have died before she got with how she jumped out of the plane.
- I liked that Fitz was willing to go after Simmons to save her but I'm glad that Ward was the one that ended up giving it to her since he actually knows how to sky dive.
- I liked that Coulson was mad at Simmons because she put her own life in danger in a misguided attempt to save the team.
- I liked how Skye hugged Simmons once she knew she was going to be okay.
- I liked how Coulson says he feels different since his temporary death and I liked how May told him he was different because something that traumatic changes a person.
- I liked how Simmons kissed Fitz on the cheek and I liked that it looked like he might have wanted a bit more than a kiss on the cheek.
- I find it interesting that one of the higher ups from S.H.I.E.L.D. told Coulson if he keeps disobeying orders they'll take away his team.

TV Review: Reign: Kissed(1.03)
Reign: Kissed(1.03)Review
- I liked how Mary and her ladies in waiting had a picnic and talked about their best kisses and I liked how Greer hadn't had her first kiss yet but was hopeful it would happen soon.
- I liked that as soon as Mary found out that Scotland was attacked and needed more men that she went and demand that the king send some of his and I like that even after he rejected her idea she found other ways to get the men she needed.
- I liked that Francis agreed with her about it being right to send French men to Scotland but sad that he told her that they both didn't have power at the moment.
- I liked how Francis dueled his father to try to get him to agree to send men but I'm sad that the King made a promise that he had no intention of keeping.
- I like that Mary climbed a tree to get a ball and that was how she met Tomas Portugal.
- I liked that Mary after hearing why Tomas was in Frances thought that she would be able to buy the troops her country needed.
- I found it awkward when Tomas proposed to Mary since she clearly wants to marry Francis and Greer was interested in Tomas but I can see why this marriage would benefit her.
- I liked how Mary revealed to Francis that she found away to get what she needed by marrying Tomas and while she doesn't like it, it's really her only option.
- I liked the odd conversation that Sebastian and Kenna had about the king and how he treats the women that he takes an interest in.
- I liked that Francis was able to convince his father to send the men by blackmailing him about his interest in Kenna.
- I really like the relationship that seems to be developing between Greer and the boy that works in the kitchen.
- I liked how Francis was concerned about Sebastian being sober enough to ride and I liked that he said sorry to him when he came back injured.
- I liked that Francis kissed Mary before he told her that Frances can't give her what she needs unlike Portugal.
- I like that Mary decided to do what is best for her country and marry Tomas even though it's clear that she really doesn't want to.
TV Review: Reign: Snakes in the Garden(1.02)
Reign: Snakes in the Garden(1.02)Review
- I'm glad that Mary and her ladies in waiting seem to have made up in this episode because at the end of last episode it looked like they weren't going to be on good terms during this one so I'm glad that I was wrong.
- I love that Mary is trying to figure out who tried to kill her in this episode and that she is willing to consider both the English and members of French court as suspects because she knows that she has many enemies.
- I liked how Francis's little brother Charles also seems to consider Sebastian to be is brother in the same way Francis does despite him being illegitimate.
- I liked how Mary offered to go with in order to try to help Charles's future bride who is about seven to feel at ease because she remembers going through the same sort of thing when she was younger.
- I liked how when Charles said Mary smelt nice Francis dreamingly agreed.
- I liked how when Simon an English man was questioning the strength of Mary's alliance with Francis that she bravely said that it was strong and didn't show any fear from his threats until he mentioned the attempt on her life at convent.
- I liked how when Francis say that Mary was frightened by Simon that he came over to her and got her away from him so that she could calm down. I liked how Francis told her not to show how scared she was and that even though their alliance isn't actually all that strong at the moment but he'll help her make the English think it is.
- I was happy that it looked like Colin escaped and wouldn't be dead but sadly he was actually dead by the end of the episode.
- I liked that the king was suspicious of the queen with how she avoid telling him about Colin's escape and that he also wanted Colin to be found alive because he doesn't seem to trust the queen.
- I liked that Mary was able to figure out that the queen is the one that is trying to kill her but I'm sad that at first Francis refused to believe her but I understood why he couldn't because the queen is his mother.
- I was happy to learn that Kenna and the king didn't actually sleep together last episode but it looks like they may in a future episode. I'm glad that the king is at least showing her that if a marriage is given his blessing the man will not question the woman's virtue.
- I like that Mary asked Sebastian for help with finding Colin before the queen's men do and I like that he was willing to help.
- I found it interesting that the ghost that helped Mary out last episode is a friend of Charles and that people usually forget about her when she's older and her name's Clarissa.
- I found it very frightening that all of Mary's guards disappeared on her and that someone staged a poisoning of one of her dresses on a maid.
- I liked how when Sebastian wasn't back by dark that Francis got worried about him and went to find him.
- I find it interesting that there seems to be some type of magic people in this world with how Colin's death looked like a sacrifice and that Sebastian spoke in a language that was either pagan or druid.
- I like that Mary played a game of marbles with Clarissa in order to get some answers about who's trying to kill her and I'm glad that she was able to get some answers.
- I liked that when Mary learned that Simon staged the maid's poisoning that she told him that she could see that England was frightened of her and that she wouldn't want to be England's queen since they have been trying to kill her since she was a little girl.
- I liked that Francis demanded that Sebastian tell him the language he spoke and what it means and that he didn't want any secrets between them.
- I liked how Mary told Francis that she's sure that his mother is behind trying to kill her but she has no proof and that she doesn't feel that she can stay her with her life in danger.
- I liked how Francis told his mother that he had suspected her being behind trying to kill Mary and that if she continued to try and kill her she will loose his love for her.
- I liked that at the end of the episode Francis told Mary to not run but stay and that he was committed to protecting her even if his country isn't.

TV Review: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Girl in the Flower Dress(1.05)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Girl in the Flower Dress(1.05)Review
- I liked how the organization from the first episode centipede surfaced in this episode again with them kidnapping one the people with powers that is under S.H.I.EL.D.'s protection Chan Ho Yin who has the power to light himself on fire without getting burnt.
- I liked how at the beginning of the episode Skye and Ward were playing battle ship and she teased him about giving her a compliment and a smile.
- I liked how after it was found out that someone from the rising tide is behind the leak Ward decides to trust that Skye wasn't the one who leaked the information.
- I liked that while Skye did have a history with the one who actually sent the leak Miles and she did warn him about S.H.I.E.L.D. she wasn't actually working with him on the leak and she thought he was pretty stupid for releasing the kind of information that he did.
- I'm sad that the team no longer trusts Skye but I understand why that is.
- I found it interesting that Skye and Miles have a history with them being romantically involved and that he taught her about hacking. I also liked that when they were being held and Miles was complaining about his rights Skye explains that S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't have time for that since their trying to save the guys life that he put in danger.
- I liked that Miles was proven to be a hypocrite with how he sold information which is something that he also preached against which made Skye even more pissed at him.
- I'm interested in how centipede seems to have bigger plans then just giving random people super powers and I'm interested to see what those plans are and I'm worried about what they'll be able to do now that their serum works.
- I like that Miles got a S.H.I.E.L.D. monitored band that will make using technology difficult for him for awhile.
- I liked that Miles said that he's seen that Skye has changed and Skye sees that he isn't the person she thought he was.
- I find it sad that Skye doesn't know anything about herself and that's the reason she became a hacker in order to find out about her past.
TV Review: Revenge: Dissolution(3.06)
Revenge: Dissolution(3.06)Review
- I loved how at the beginning of the episode when Emily came over to Nolan's house and saw that it was somewhat trashed and Patrick was leaving it that she seemed really worried about Nolan, I'm also glad that he turned out to be fine.
- I liked how Nolan talked to Emily about his connection that he has with Patrick because I like that he's so open with her but I'm a bit sad that Emily just basically told him to end the relationship because she thought it wouldn't be a good idea. I just dislike that she was so dismissive of his feelings but I liked how Nolan did agree to end the relationship for her.
- I liked that Emily was able to foil Conrad's plans to sell Grayson Manner but partially destroying her own home and claiming that the ground was shifting and by planting false records.
- I liked that when Jack found out about Charlotte taking the fall for Patrick's crimes that he wanted Patrick gone because he didn't want any harm to come to Charlotte.
- I like that Patrick was able to briefly convince Nolan that they should stay together and that Emily shouldn't have a say in who he involved with because as much as I love Emily and Nolan's relationship he's right about this.
- I felt bad for really both Sarah and Daniel suddenly coming face to face with each other after so long with their history of Daniel driving drunk one night and nearly killing Sarah in the crash.
- I'm glad that Daniel felt really horrible when he heard that Sarah was screwed over by his family's lawyers so that she has to work ridiculously long hours to try to pay off her medical bills that his parents should have paid for.
- I didn't like that Charlotte got Sarah fired from her job but I am glad that she got her job at the Stoway soon after even though it's clear that she has ulterior motives behind this move.
- I like that Nolan went to Jack to talk about his conflicted feelings about Patrick because he really needed to talk to a friend and well he already knew what Emily would say. I also like how at first Nolan tried to keep up with the lies but it came to the point where it was just obvious that he was lying to Jack. I loved that Nolan decided it made no sense for them to lie to each other when they both know the truth and Nolan considers Jack a friend and he feels it's wrong to lie to him so he just tells him the truth.
- I like that Victoria decided to leave Conrad for good because since they have nothing at the moment she has nothing to loose by leaving him.
- I like that Nolan told Jack that he never not knew the truth about Emily and I'm glad that even though Jack was mad he allowed Nolan to explain why if they were really friends he kept this from him for so long and I liked how Nolan explained that he was looking out for Emily and that was something that Jack could understand.
- I liked that Jack was able to convince Nolan that it was for the best that he ended his relationship with Patrick by asking him if he was sure that he wouldn't hurt anyone else and well Nolan wasn't sure. I also liked how Nolan trusted Jack to get rid of Patrick without any real harm coming to Patrick which is sadly not something he can do with Emily.
- I like how Daniel wants to try and earn Sarah's forgiveness and that he knows that it will take a lot of work.
- I liked how Nolan pointed out to Emily that he was feeling pretty isolated due to trying to keep her secrets and that he felt like he has had no one to talk to recently and when she points out that he can talk to her he points out that Emily wasn't really able to acknowledge that there were emotions attached to the situation for him and he really needed her to understand that. I also loved that when Emily pulls out the old you wanted to be involved in this that Nolan tells her that all he really wanted was friendship.
- I like that in order to get Victoria to stay with Conrad Emily gave back the Grayson's their family fortune.
- I felt sad that Victoria had to push Patrick away in order to keep him safe from Conrad.
- I liked that Emily was upset about the fight that she had with Nolan but I hated how Aiden told her it didn't matter because he wouldn't be a part of her life in a few weeks, I just hate how Aiden is unable to accept that Emily has anyone else in her life that she cares about.
- I'm really sad that Emily told Nolan and Jack that she won't ever see them again after the wedding because she's planning on framing Victoria for her murder.

Anime Review: Chihayafuru 2: I feel As Though My Body is on Fire with Ibuki Mugwort(2.11)
Chihayafuru 2: I feel As Though My Body is on Fire with Ibuki Mugwort(2.11)Review
In this episode Nishida calls out Tsutomu on not playing in matches recently and this upsets him because they all worked so hard together last year to get to where they are now and he's worried that Tsutomu might be loosing his drive to play karuta. Chihaya ends up deciding that Tsutomu shouldn't play in the next match because Dr. Harada had told her before that scouting a match is often times more tiring then playing one.
It shown during the match in this episode how the information that Tsutomu has gather is very important to the team and in fact may be the reason the team win their match. It's also shown that Tsutomu likes to scout because it's what he feels that will best help his team and although he finds matches a bit scary he does still want to play them and he will be playing the match the next game.
While trying to come up with their order for the next game Chihaya even though she wants to play the strongest player on the team tells the team that she is willing to play someone she has a better chance of winning against if it means that the team will end up wining and becoming the best in Japan. While Taichi is filling out the order for their next match he thinks back to their last match against Hokuo and decides that they should play the match straight meaning their best against their opponents best.
I overall really enjoyed this episode and I continue to love how much there is to playing a game of karuta and how much is effects people. Please tell me your thoughts on the next episode.

Anime Review: Chihayafuru 2: Rain Takes Longer to Dry(2.10)
Chihayafuru 2: Rain Takes Longer to Dry(2.10)Review
In this episode the karuta team is playing against Yamaguchi Mioka which the public school that is known for being the smartest and the members of that team all specialize in memorization and accuracy. At first during her match Chihaya isn't doing well since her opponent keeps changing around the placement of the cards so she's unable to remember where they are. After awhile Chihaya remembers to take a breath and a step back and stops trying to focus on memorization and instead uses her skills of speed and game sense and ends up winning her match in the end.
Nishida is able to win his match in the end because his karuta society teaches the technique of defensive karuta which is more about protecting your own cards than taking the opponents which makes the moving around of the cards rather ineffective. Kana is able to win her match by focusing on the poems and their history but isn't bothering to remember their positions because there's no meaning behind. Taichi is able to win his match because he also uses the technique of memorization and accuracy but has lately been focusing on the other aspects of karuta such as the physical ones.
Also in this episode the committee is debating whether or not they should let Arata play because while they agree that he should be punished for breaking the rules they also want him to compete because he's one of the few people that has a chance at defeating the current master who is widely disliked for being a bad role model. Arata though insists that he should be punished but when he tells Shinobu that he won't be playing in the individual tournament she goes to the committee and tells them she won't play unless Arata can compete as well.
I really loved this episode for once again showing how karuta can be such an intellectual sport. I'm also really have been enjoying what we've seen of the relationship between Arata and Shinobu. Please tell me your thoughts on this episode.
